Summer/Maiya we’re very helpful and sold me a Tent at a Good Price and showed me the Tent first on her phone before I bought it.

I had been to the store to buy a Magnum boots. Dane, the shop assistant was approached straight after I went to the store's boits shelves. He was so professional and went the extra mile to find the right boot for me. Thanks for that Dane.

Excellent customer service, extra mile in finding the right product to match needs. When trying on boots and shoes super helpful with prepping them ready to slip on (massive difference compared to other outdoor shops locally!!) Always come here if shopping locally for outdoor kit

Plenty of stock to choose from and really, really helpful advice from George. He knows the products well and enabled me to make an informed choice and purchase. Eastleigh store visited.

Eastleigh Branch - I spent one hour trying on walking boots with the help of George, a very knowledgeable member of staff. He spent a lot of time and effort trying to find the most comfortable boots for me but, unfortunately, the size I needed was not in stock. He then tried to find stock on line but it seems the size I need (44 or 9.5) is difficult to source. I had to leave due to car parking restrictions (!) but, with his help, I know what boots I need - all I have to do now is find my size. The boots in question were Merrel MOAB (2 or 3), which were part of the Black Friday deal and a great price.

Very disappointed with this company. They sell a pair of gloves that I like but they cost £45. I. Found online many companies selling the same pair for £31, I checked millets website and see that they price match with an additional 10%.
So I drove to millets which unfortunately took me an hour in traffic only to be told they price match with 2 other companies in their own group, and no one else including Amazon (which selling the same pair for £36)
Don’t think I’ll shop there again.

My son and I were really impressed with the exceptionally good customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Martin who was polite, friendly and jolly. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I really think it was the most enjoyable shopping experience I can remember. Between us my son and I bought boots, shoes and Wellington boots. Whatever we need, if it’s sold by Millets, we will buy from there. Thank you Martin for your exemplary service.
