Linda & James served me on Tuesday the 23rd of January 2024. As soon as I came into the store, Linda greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. She then assisted myself with telling me exactly where to find the product I was looking for.

Upon going to checkout, Linda and James made me aware of the discounts available to me which were student and blue light discount which made me feel valued as a customer for their openness and honesty. James expressed his concern about the price of the product and made me aware of the price match policy also! With this I was able to save a lot of money on my purchase which felt great.

I cannot fault them at all on their customer service and their knowledge of store policy. With this in mind, I will certainly be returning to the store in future as I know they will look after me.

From the very start when I called the store to check availability and spoke to The Assistant Manager to when in the store, the customer care was brilliant. Diane, sales advisor with our Camps International Kenya Impact Expedition kit list in hand, listening to my sons needs and with her fabulous advice and guidance the correct kit was found, tried on and fitted correctly. It's quite overwhelming facing a months expedition at 14 and so Dianes input was invaluable. Thanks Diane! The cashier was also attentive and helpful.

Short queue, till staff apologised for any delays whilst serving a customer who was buying a lot of products. Whilst there was made aware of certain extra discounts when mixing and matching. Bought 3 items as well as collecting parcel from instore pick up point.

Neat & tidy store, clean fitting rooms. Linda was polite, friendly and professional.

Lots of selection in store good brands and even better prices, Gabriel was a great help in finding a decent pair of walking boots service was spot on, good knowledge of the product and how they should fit and be comfortable and the price merrell accentor 3 reduced to £79 bargain
