We went into the shop. James was at the front of house. He greeted us and asked how he can help. We noted what we want to buy before we go camping. We ended up buying something for our daughter. James helped us saved some money with another purchase. We definitely will buy from this shop again. The staff were friendly. A gentlemen helped me get the price of an item on display. Great work ethic and friendly staff!!!

I went for new walking boots - replacements needed from those I bought there a few years ago. Gabriel got replacement Brashers out but they were just a touch tight. Very patiently he got Scarpa boots out - same size and a half larger. The larger were perfect. So what with a discount I left as a very happy customer and you have a good staff member.

All the staff at the store were helpful and polite i had help from both ella and james as they helped me find what I needed and gave me their opinions on what was best suited for me
Overall best store to go to will definitely go back when I need new equipment

Thank you so much. It is very nice to see that there are still some people who enjoy their jobs and are passionate about it by going our of their way to be helpful. I had ordered an item online and by mistake ordered a bigger size. When I called Millets customer service, they found the store near to me ,checked if my product and size was in the store. I called the store and Daniel was the exceptional and he confirmed the item was available. I went to pick it up and he had already brought it and kept it reserved by the Sales counter. Both his colleague and Daniel exchanged my product in a jiffy with a smile 😃. The best service and shopping experience I have got in the last 10 years I can remember in the UK.

They have a brilliant range of stock at very good value, and the store assistants are really helpful and friendly. A great one stop shop for outdoor gear.

Walked into Millets in Croydon, to buy some walking boots, and was directed upstairs. I spoke with Kalvin, who couldn't have been more helpful, I told him what size I needed and he showed me the ones they had. He brought out the pair I had chosen, and a pair, of a different brand, which he thought might also be quite good. I ended up going with the ones he brought out. Not only were these cheaper, but also more comfortable. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go here again. To be honest, I have always been a fan of Millets and see it as the flagship company for outdoors clothing and footwear.
