Went to buy a fleece top and couldn't decide which would be the warmest. Carina was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We came up from Wellington and would definitely visit Millets Bridgwater again.

I telephoned Millets Bridgewater, spoke to Joseph. I explained what I needed and why it was important to me (30 minute drive to shop!) Joseph kindly went to check stock, came back quickly, explained the products he had there. Joseph was very helpful, he was clearly interested in my 'story' and wanted to help me. Lastly he even gave me a car park address close to the shop....Lastly, when I went to the shop he knew who I was from my call...Yes, I bought my boots there...Thank you Joseph...Great customer service...Appreciated.

Went to Millets today looking for a pair of walking boots, Carina and Beck were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Popped in today to get my son some walking boots and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Richard and Joseph took their time to have a conversation and to help find what I was looking for. Thank you, I’ll be back!

I was served by Richard and Joseph who were great, I regularly shop there and all the staff are great, the store is well stocked and easy to move around to have a look at everything.

I was greeted immediately on entering store by helpful Richard. I was directed to what I wanted, which product would best suit my needs, how to apply it and how to secure the best price. Very happy with Richard and Carina in the store, well done!

Aquarobe, are they in store?
Went to Millets to see if they had the Freespirit Aquarobes in store (not a fan of online shopping) and they do. As previously read these are very oversize and too big for me but the assistant Amanda suggested trying the biggest kids one (she uses) which, although still roomy, was a much better fit. As it is mainly going to be used for camping, van to toilet block for showers etc this will be perfect, seems very cosy. Thanks for your tip Amanda.

Needed help from Carina and Amanda today as I am a wheelchair user and felt very silly in an ‘outdoor’ shop but Carina and her colleague went the extra mile to reassure me and help me get a ‘Cagoule’ for a festival next year. Many thanks!!

I visited the millets Bridgwater store in Somerset today and was warmly greeted by Karina then Richard. Excellent knowledgeable service with a smile , whilst coping with another customer which was impressive work.
Made me feel valued and assured in the walking boots I purchased , which so far seem great .

Richard was very helpful, polite and friendly, when I popped in for an emergency coat before a holiday.
Can't say anything about the quality of the coat, as every time I put it on, it stops raining! But a £35 coat for £21, what's not to like
