Milk Club has been brilliant ever since we signed up for their deliveries. We have never been let down and Annie (who makes our deliveries) and the Team have been absolutely great in looking after us. I couldn't recommend this service highly enough.

We love this local service, delivering delicious local products in their silent electric vehicles. Been using them since the start and can’t recommend highly enough. The App is really easy to use too so you can change the order or suspend if you’re away, in seconds.

Absolutely thrilled to have discovered this local milk brand. I've ordered milk and butter thus far, and I'm genuinely pleased with the quality of the products. I wholeheartedly recommend Milk Club to everyone. However, be forewarned: there's no way back – supermarket milk tastes like bland white water in contrast. Thank you, folks, for your fantastic service!

I did have a small issue but I recieved a reply within 20 mins and it was rectified, so i am happy with that.. I gave up my last milk delivery, as customer service were of no help and did not seem to care about its customers. I find that Milk Club is so helpful and I am so glad I changed. Ordering one offs or regular is so easy. Thank you milk club.

Love the Milk Club! Started getting my milk delivered while trying plastic free July and couldn't give it up. Yes, it is more expensive than the supermarket, but worth it. Family love the milk. I love the glass bottles, the happy cow news and the flexibility of ordering.

Have had deliveries for most of the year and very impressed with the service. Stock is accurately reflected in the app, so we always receive our full order. And the quality of the milk, eggs and other products is consistently good. The deliveries were waking our dog, so Tom offered to leave a crate with us and switch a full crate for a crate of empties on each delivery to minimise handling and noise on the doorstop. Dog issues immediately stopped and we were able to continue the service. App is a bit basic and could be improved (e.g. you have to put a delivery date against each individual item in your basket), but this is a local business, and it’s good enough for the purpose.

Had my first delivery today, fantastic! The organic orange juice is delicious. Milk too of course and was amazing to have Seville marmalade and kefir delivered too. Will be ordering regularly.

A brilliant service. Each delivery is accurate and super early which suits me perfectly. The app is easy to use. The oat milk is the best I have tried and Ive tried quite a few different brands. The gold top has been a great hit with my family too. In fact all the milk we have tried has been perfect. We all love the bottles and the screw on lids are so much easier than foil ones. Fantastic!

The Milk Club is fantastic, and this week only got better as you can now buy loose grains, seeds etc in the same reusable bottles - on my door step this morning were 2 pints of organic milk and porridge oats and muesli! The new app is really easy to use.

We love Milk Club! The first time we've used a milk delivery service for years. Firstly it's so easy, I just pop an order in. I find it so easy as I'm opting in rather than having to remember to cancel if we are going away. So good not to be using plastic cartons of course and doing our bit.

Fantastic range of products available... choice of organic milks, local honey, butter, veg, yoghurt, sour dough bread from local bakery and ... Tony Chocolonely which is our Saturday treat. Service is super quiet and reliable and the prices are very good. Highly recommend!

Well, I am very pleased to report that we have nothing but compliments for Milk Club - milk in curvy glass bottles that make that lovely clinking noise in the fridge, really tasty local eggs, dangerously good butter, top notch service from Tom and Adam, and fresh bread to look forward to now, too.

Fantastic flexible service with really good quality products. My kids are so excited by the milk delivery and it makes the best hot chocolate - better than supermarket milk, the froth is amazing. We have been a customer for 4 months and it's great to know we are supporting a local business who really care.

Love the milk club! Ran by local people, from local businesses. They’ve never missed a delivery and I can order last minute the night before and it’s all still there. It’s all recyclable/reusable. Would recommend!

An excellent service run by genuinely committed staff to give their customers a smooth and friendly service. Having been customers for about 5 months the ordering and delivery service has been excellent. The other week we suffered a doorstop theft, and it turned out we were not the only ones in our street on his milkman’s round. Without asking, Tom re delivered to all his customers without accepting additional payment and made a report to the police with our permission.
