Hi I put in a claim over 3 years ago to claim for the emissions but I keep being told they keep having meetings and then they say it’s put forward to another date and keep saying we will inform you of any key decisions I have emailed them they told me that I wouldn’t be able to leave as I signed a contract what is going on I know other people that have done this with other companies and had results is this a scam

Milberg contacted me after having an incorrect email for me ( probably my mistake) they had positive news about a claim they made on my behalf. Claim paid quickly and easily - great work Milberg

I was sceptical about the whole thing, to be honest. Even to the point when Milberg contacted me on a number of occasions to let me know about the outcome of my claim and that I had a sum due to be paid to me. They use a 3rd party solution called 'ShieldPay' that automates the payment straight into your bank, however, I had problems receiving the link and just couldn't get it to come through on email. They were brilliant and provided an alternative method of payment. Two people (Caitlin McArthur and Hendrick Kronemeyer) case managed my claim and kept an eye on how things were progressing and when I would likely receive payment. Great service, especially Caitlin and Hendrick. I felt as if they were really keen to make sure I got the winning payment. Bravo, Milberg.

After several attempts over the past 2 years.
First of a Cheque payment declined at the bank
Still i have not received any money or explaining why this is happening.
Telephone calls promising funds will be transferred to my bank northing

Had the outcome I never really expected but fair play to them for pursing it till the end I got paid out in the end

Took ages and had to chase up several times. Contact people kept changing. Also proceeded on my behalf without full authorisation as far as I am concerned. But in the end they got me my compensation from VW even if it should have been more. Only winners in these issues are the law firms on both sides :-)

The whole process was communicated very well with extremely good customer service at every point.

Simple to apply kept up to date and nice reward at the finish, thank you kindly.
