Mifsuds Photographic Bewertungen 

Reluctantly parting with my cherished photographic equipment, MIFSUDS offered me a very good deal. Much better than London Camera Exchange and not far off what Wex/Park were offering. I was able to go to their shop in Brixham (which is a treasure trove of a place if your serious & nostalgic about photography), complete the transaction and the money was in my account before I got home. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. A few years ago I made the mistake of selling a Len’s to Camera Jungle, it took some two weeks to receive my money.

Over the years I have dealt with numerous photo shops for new & used kit. Came to Mifsuds (Mathew in particular) to replace/upgrade lenses etc. From the first point of contact nothing was too much trouble, even with chats re advice over the phone. Ordered my gear but had to wait two weeks for disinvestment of funds to materialise. No problems, deposit paid, items held , delivered quickly & extremely well packed. Even revieved a 'folliw up email' asking if everyyhing was ok'...I live in Lancashire....but Mifsuds is now my go to shop!. Well done Mathew & the team...5+ stars all day long.

I popped into Mifsuds this morning to buy a camera and binoculars for a very special holiday, and the advice and service was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Great to have this business in Brixham and the fact that it’s been here for years and has grown into what it is today speaks volumes. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I wanted to trade in gear for a Nikon D850 body plus cash. After agreeing a provisional deal with Matthew by e-mail I visited the shop where they undertook a quick check to confirm my gear was as described.
They made a fair offer and I obtained a mint example of the D850 at a good price plus cash transferred direct to my bank. The cash was in my account within minutes of leaving the shop.
Friendly, knowledgeable service, nothing to dislike.
If, like me, you're a camera nut as well as a photographer, visit the shop if at all possible. It is truly the stuff of dreams!

Went in on the off chance for a new lens cap. Absolutely excellent service. I have struggled to find a lens cap for my camera as no one does them, they did not have a new one, but searched through a load of second hand ones to find me one. Couple of really nice guys who could not do enough to help. Would definitely go back.

I went in to the store yesterday with a big bag of cameras and lenses for part exchange. Robert checked each item carefully, fully explained his assessment of the items and then Matt gave me a trade-in quote which was pretty much exactly the amount I had expected, based on my own research. Then I was able to trade everything in for a Canon EOS R6, a RF100-400 and a mount adapter for the old lenses I have kept. Despite the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted, Robert encouraged me to try out the combination before purchasing and explained some of the features of the new camera for me. And then he added a free bag, as part of their current promotion. It's early days, but I am very happy with my purchases so far.

I have been dealing with Matt and his team at Mifsuds for some years - buying new and used items, as well as part-exchanging some of mine - and they never change. All the staff are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and they will to that extra bit of effort to sort out what I want. I have also recommended others to use Mifsuds and those I know of have been happy with the results too. I have been to the shop (which is rammed with exciting stuff!) and dealt with Mifsuds using couriers and the post - and again, I am always happy with the results. They are prompt and very efficient in all their dealings - always professional but always kind when dealing with customers. I like supporting a local family-run firm, it gives me confidence, and I would recommend them to anyone. I will always go to them first when any photographic needs arise or change.

Ordered a Canon RF 24-105 lens which has been harder to find in stock in many stores across the country and offshore which I found on the off chance yesterday afternoon on Mifsuds site .It was the only one in stock and has a European Warranty.

This is the first time I have used Mifsuds and I ordered it around 1225 yesterday. It was promised for Monday but today it arrived around 1000 via DPD who also performed excellently in delivering this item.
