Had problems with 5 grain bag's in…
Had problems with 5 grain bag's in January, packages were arriving really late it was really cold out I think it had something to do with destroying the bags older they were contaminated but they sent me fresh new ones for free so they have great customer service and if you have a problem they will take care of you, new bags arrived a few days ago inoculated one it's already showing signs of colonation

I have not yet seen the process through to completion. Presently, I’m still waiting for my jars to complete colonization. I have had a couple of questions along the way and have been pleased with the timeliness and completeness of your answers. I know there will be more questions to come and feel reassured that I have access to your expertise. Without going into my specific issues here, I’d give you a 4-star rating just because I’m not done yet, but I bumped that up to a 5-star rating based on your responsiveness to date.
