Difficulty getting support to understand what I wanted; was this AI responding?
I had to ask several times for the Auth code for my Domain name and the link that was sent did not explain at all the information I received as it just kept saying it was a password. Even after several emails I had to ask support to just send me the code as they could not explain how I was to retrieve it. Maybe the responses are AI generated and there are only standard responses available.

We have been with Micron21 for over 7…
We have been with Micron21 for over 7 years, we are only small and only have had to contact them maybe a couple of times during the year but at the moment I am having issues and all I get is email with links that make no sense to me, and I could have found through google. Its been over 10 days and problem still not fixed.
We pay for their knowledge and skill and getting nothing. At the moment would not recommend to any one and in the process of changing.
