I have purchased MicroCloud pillows and quilts multiple times for my Airbnb properties and couldn’t be happier. Customer service and shipping was fast. The topper is fluffy and like sleeping on top on a quilt and the topper protector fitted perfectly.
My joints feel so much better when I wake up in the morning.
The only thing that was a down side for me is that I am a hot sleeper so the warm nights I found myself quite hot. Hubby feels the cold so having a fan on isn’t possible but he doesn’t find the topper hot at all.

We bought the King Hotel Pillow for my daughter when she moved away for university.

Originally, I thought she could just buy a pillow locally, but she specifically asked me to bring her the microCloud Hotel Pillow from home. She spends long hours programming and often has neck discomfort. Over the years, she has tried many “ergonomic” or heavily advertised pillows that claim to support the neck, but none of them felt as comfortable as this one.

This pillow provides the right balance of softness and support. It helps her neck relax properly, and she has noticed a clear improvement in her sleep quality.

After seeing the difference myself, I completely understand why she prefers it.

Several years ago I purchased a mattress topper from Microcloud and it magically transformed my way-too-firm mattress into a much more comfortable nights sleep. Recently I was on the hunt for pillows to relieve neck pain and after buying several more expensive brands I tried the Hotel Pillows from Microcloud. Again, they are by far the nicest pillows I have ever slept on and definitely helped my neck! In fact, they are so good I am buying more for our guest bedroom. Thank you Microcloud!

The mattress toppers are the best! I have been using them for over a year now and cannot fault them!

I had incidentally trialled MicroCloud mattresses and mattress topper at a boutique hotel in Melbourne. I liked it so much that I hunted down the company. For a number of years I’ve had the mattress topper on my mattress and it worked really well.

So when it came to getting a new mattress (which comes with a mattress protector and mattress topper as part of the package) I looked to MicroCloud. It met all my additional criteria such as good pressure care and being very soft.

An accidental mistake was made in ordering the mattress by the company (they are made to order) but the MicroCloud Bedding sorted this out very quickly for me which I was extremely appreciative of as my body causes me a lot if pain due to a severe medical condition.

The company was willing to answer my questions (some which I asked multiple times) and work with the company who pays various bills I have and as I said, sorted out the mistake very quickly which I was very thankful for.

I definitely recommend checking out this company if you’re interested in a new mattress and similarly if you’re not ready to replace your mattress but you do want some additional support or softness, I also recommend the mattress topper on its own.

I am always honest but not always the easiest person to deal with, and this company was understanding and didn’t make me feel guilty and apologised and was good. I highly recommend.
