My wife and I have resided at The Dock since 2002 and have experienced many lows regarding its Management over that time.
In the last few years there has been a huge improvement in how the Management Office has been conducted, particularly since the arrival of Sam, Anurag and Beth.
They have recently been subjected to dealing with a difficult Local Authority following the Authority’s insistence on more public access onto the private Dock Estate.
There continues to be a fraught relationship and much legal expense to maintain the Status Quo , but sadly it looks like the Authority will come out on top.”
This situation has caused much upset and frustration amongst residents which is frequently downloaded on the Management Office.
Sam, Anurag and Beth are to be congratulated for their patience and tolerance in maintaining the essential good running of the Dock whilst coping with the extra demands placed upon them by this current impass.
Beth deserves a special mention insofar as she frequently manages the day to day responsibilities on her own, due to the external responsibilities of Sam and Anurag.
Beth has been a model of patience and calm ensuring that needs have been met and appropriate advice given to those seeking answers to their day to day difficulties.
We are indeed most fortunate to have 3 such capable persons responsible in the main for the smooth running of Brentford Dock.

Caroline Stirling, of Michael Richards Property Management Ltd., was friendly, understanding, helpful and immediate in her response to my plumbing problems. She provided an excellent plumber who solved my problems! I would have no problem in contacting her again for help in the future.
I've been dealing with Michael Richards Maintenance Company for 5 years now. When I bought my flat, I immediately reported a mould problem — I have a young son with breathing issues, and this was urgent.
They ignored me completely. Email after email, no one cared. Nothing was done. We ended up spending thousands of pounds to fix it ourselves — even though we already pay them a lot of money every year.
To get anything fixed, you have to chase them nonstop. And when they finally send someone, it takes months — and the job is terrible. Then they send you the bill.
But when it comes to getting paid, they don’t waste a second. They’re suddenly right in your face.
Like many other people here, we pay nearly £2,000 a year and get nothing in return. If you dare to question them, they threaten you with a tribunal.
It feels like they think they’re above the law.
We’re seriously thinking of selling and moving just to get away from this company. They keep increasing prices, but their service is rubbish, with no improvements.
If you’re buying or moving into a place managed by Michael Richards, please don’t. You’ll end up paying a lot for nothing.

The company, and especially Lorraine Prince, has been very helpful. Whenever we have issues that require attention, whether it is a leak or the lift that does not work properly, she does not hesitate to help and find the solution to the problem. She is considerate, interested in helping and very efficient.
Lorraine Prince is always my first contact choice with Michael Richards simply because she responds instantly to any request and gets the job done.
