Completely unacceptable performance.

I bought a Sonos Immersive set (Sonos Arc Ultra + 2x Era 300s + Sub 4).

They called me today (4 days after my order) telling me that they only had display stock and would be packaging it. If I wanted a new one I would have to pay an extra R8000! This is crazy, and totally unacceptable.

I was offerred a R100 discount on a TV instead.

And, get this, they still have the same set online, advertised for the same price. Apparently, I was told by customer service, if somebody ordered it they would be contacted and asked to pay in R8000 for a new one since this special has no more stock. That is BAITING! It is EVIL!

The person in charge, making these decisions was MUAAZ. I caution you - DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM. They're sharks.

What a horrible store, I bought a product from them that did not work. Literally took it myself to the manufacture to check. I didn’t have it for more than two days. It’s been two weeks now waiting for a refund. What a horrible experience never again. The managers aren’t in store so I can’t get my refund.

It is such a pleasure to encounter a store where all of the staff really embody customer service. My thanks to Jabu, Lakhi and Phillip for their help in making sure my order was secured, packed and picked up effectively. This was my first order with MHC and I didn't know what to expect - now I know, I'll definitely be back.

Online shopping experience great. Delivery great. Don't like item - you are stuck with it. I bought an expensive duvet cover which arrived in a fabric bag that matched the fabric of the duvet cover. Opened it and saw it at full size, didn't like it. Folded it and put it back in the bag the way it was received. Struggled to find anywhere on the website that mentions returns apart from an email address which returned email. Eventually managed to get hold of someone in store on a Sunday, who ttold me to courier item back to the store, which I duly did but was concerned about it reaching the right person. Roll on a couple of weeks and I managed to find time to follow up. I then received an email say that they could not accept the item as it had been opened and was not returned in the origingal packaging (so take photos if you decide to buy from them). This was early Feb. Mid Feb I managed to get hold of the right person who sent me an email to confirm our conversation where he said they could not refund me as they couldn't sell item to someone else, and that as there was nothing wrong with item, other than that I didn't like it, this iis how it will be. TO date, they still have the item. They sent me a mail regretting the situation and asking me to remove my negative google review. But still no mention of having shipped said duvet cover back to me. My review was: MAKE SURE YOU ARE 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR CHOICE, CAUSE IF YOU OPEN IT AND ARE NOT OR DON"T LIKE IT AND ITS NOT DAMAGED, YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT.

Decent experence getting buying items online and getting it delivered, only issue was I had to call them to ensure my items was being delivered and sort out any issues, their side and they had a lack of a certain stock of colour pens I ordered, so I had to get a different colour of pens than initially requested.
