For nearly 18 months James McCreath has been working with me trying to sort out a hybrid pension, part defined benefits and part defined contribution, with a large pensions administrator. The company was unable to manage bringing two schemes together, although they had created the policy structure.This pension is now paying out just over a year late. I am very grateful for James’ support and delighted to say I ended up with the pension I deserve.
