Their team are professional, reliable, and always handle our customers with the same level of care and urgency we would expect from our own staff. Knowing that our calls are in safe hands after-hours gives us real peace of mind and ensures our business is always responsive, no matter the time of day. Highly recommended for any business that values first-class call handling.

If we could give zero stars we would. I’ve been paying for this service for over a year, initially just to keep the line open while diverting calls elsewhere. I should have seen the warning signs early on — the setup was a catastrophe! My staff even left a negative Trustpilot review, which I naively took down when Message Direct asked me to, just before I re-diverted the line and the first two calls came through. They were poorly handled—both clients complained. My team and I had to call the clients ourselves, apologise, and compensate them. One caller, a fellow business owner, bluntly told me he’d never use a service this bad.
Despite that feedback, I gave them a second chance after the sales team assured me the issues were due to system changes and misrouted calls. I regret trusting them again.
Since reactivating for the second time, communication with customer service has been almost non-existent — no updates, and emails and calls go unanswered. Most concerning, they’ve failed to respond to callback requests from paid ad campaigns, costing us thousands in ad spend and potential revenue. Once again, it looks like my team and I are going to have to make the calls that we’re paying Message Direct for.
I believe in giving people multiple chances — and I’ve given this company three. Each time has been an utter disappointment. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve. But for now, if you value your business, definitely look elsewhere!!!!

We started using Message Direct just yesterday, and we’re already seeing real results. We've captured quote opportunities that we would have otherwise missed, and the overall customer experience has noticeably improved.
The call notes are detailed and clear, making it easy for us to follow up confidently and professionally. Onboarding was incredibly smooth – the setup was straightforward and quick.
Really impressed so far. A great service that’s already adding value to our business!

I have been with message direct since November 2024 and am very happy with the service. Claudia was fantastic during my onboarding and ensured the script was tailored exactly to my and my callers needs. Their agents were able to learn to use my booking platform to book, cancel, reschedule and confirm. Though they do not have a client portal or reporting system, they were able create a zapier-like integration to my google sheet to capture all call details so I could create my own reporting and the service does give me a return on its costs. After onboarding, their customer service team are also very responsive. The pay-as-you go pricing ensures that I only pay for minutes used, unlike my previous provider that had packages only. I now don't have to worry about my company customer line. Highly recommend and will continue to be using. Thanks Message Direct

I have been with message Direct for approximately a month now and I have found their service to be first class from Nicola Burt selling me the service and talking me through the whole service start to finish then Claudia in the on boarding team helping me set up the divert and sorting out any little teething troubles, I fully recommend this service for anyone who is not always available to answer their phone
