My order got lost at the sorting centre and I texted them to see what to do. Mark guided me through things and informed me as to how to try to sort it and when the post couldn't fix things properly, they resent my order with express shipping at no extra charge. Extremely kind, fast service on their half and they did everything they can to sort my parcel out. Would, and have difinately reccomend to friend and family. Thank you dearly Mesmereyes crew!

I have dark brown eyes and originally I bought the Lavender Natural Coloured Contact which unfortunately did not show up on my iris.

I recommend asking customer support for colour suggestions before buying- especially if you have dark coloured eyes.

Mark from customer service was exceptionally helpful- could not be happier with his recommendations and I received a pair of Shakespeare's dream as replacement for the lavender ones.

Very comfortable, pretty and had no impact on my normal vision.

Ordered easily, took a few days which is to be expected during the pandemic and everything. I emailed and someone got back to me right away with where it was at and how long it would take. I received them the next business day and they looked just like the pictures. Happy overall

Most natural comfortable contacts I’ve purchased to date

First contacts I've ever bought. Just day duration, they were as comfortable as putting a thin plastic over your eye could be. They looked so amazing I took many photos and I'm extremely pleased! Highly recommended from me.

One of the lense does not fit properly. I tried it on both eyes with same result. It is therefore unusable and a waste of money.
