Have always been an amazing company to work with! The owner has 3 restaurants and we deal with them at all 3. Has always been a pleasure as they have been flexible and there when we have needed them. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is asking!

Merchant 1 Payments have been amazing to deal with. Personal cell number was given if I ever needed extra support and they answer! Most companies scam and lie to you by promising ‘best rates’ when They are actually not. Once I realize I was lied too I tried to cancel and was told I was locked into a contract that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of! Merchant 1 Payments does not have any cancellation fees and they are 100% above board. Highly recommended!

Any time we require help or additional information they are right there with the answer or go out of their way to help us out with any issues we have. Very friendly staff and eager to help in any way.

Very happy with customer service and assistance I have received from Merchant 1 Payments employees. They have gone above and beyond to provide information and help with changes to payment processing systems. Even gone so far as to work with our other suppliers on the back end to facilitate our internal payment systems.

The only reason we stay with Elavon is for Calvin Jacobs and for the service provided to all our clients. If there are any problems, we always can manage to get through and resolve any issues.
