We had some staffing changes and couldn't access our account online. Robert Bauco and Jessica Fowler solved the problem with an email and a phone call, within a half hour of me requesting help. Integration of our system was smooth and we have had no issues since changing to Merchant 1 Payments. Whenever and whatever issue arises, I call and the issue is resolved promptly.
