I was really excited to try the perfumes and candles from Memree, but unfortunately, they were a huge disappointment. While the products smell lovely before being lit, the scent changes dramatically once the candles are burning.

The Blanket candle, in particular, smells absolutely awful when lit reminiscent of a burnt, sickly odour. Similarly, the Jam on Toast candle develops a very similar unpleasant scent once burning, which makes it difficult to enjoy.

On a positive note, the packaging is beautiful and clearly designed with care. However, the overall experience feels like style over substance, as the fragrance performance simply doesn’t live up to expectations.

Overall: Sadly, despite the appealing presentation, I wouldn’t recommend these products due to the disappointing fragrance when in use. It’s quite clear the reviews on the website and social media are falsified.

The blanket candle smells absolutely disgusting. It smelt like my house was on fire - the most bizarre smell ever. So disappointed the packaging was gorgeous, but would not recommend blanket scent candles to anyone.

I had such high hopes for these perfumes as they are hyped up on social media. Brought the discovery set, luckily instead of a full bottle and was sooo disappointed. Horrible floral smells, very artificial. Don't last long. Would not purchase any.

I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing. The Instagram hype isn’t real. The perfume just does not last at all and for the price for a 30 ML it’s extremely high for something that fades after a few minutes.. honestly I wish I could get a refund.

Don’t waste your money on these products they smell very cheap

Wow what can I say received my order today and disappointed is an understatement! Like others I was drawn in by the hype on instagram! The reviews must be absolute BS as they all smell absolutely awful! Think something your nan would wear that kind of vibe! The scent doesn’t last more than a few minutes just aswell as they smell disgusting! I brought & wasted my money on the discovery set which included : vanillaver, blondie, envelope (the worst smell of the lot), & sun is up! There all cheap and nasty smelling, I also echo what others have said in that I would question the validity of the *positive reviews* wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before buying 🙈 but please don’t waste your money on this I’m now at a loss of £25 😟 fair to say I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be purchasing any other crap they bring out!

I never ever write reviews but I just have to because I am so shocked at how poor the perfumes are. Yes they smell lovely, envelope was my favourite so I was pleasantly surprised but they do not last. After 15 mins I couldn’t even smell it on me, even when spraying them initially yes I could smell them but I had to spray quite a few times where as other perfumes just take one spray. Very very clever marketing! Tayla is very good with aesthetics and pulling the consumer in, perfume? Not so much.

I bought the Discovery set whilst hunting for a wedding fragrance and uncovered the Vanillaver scent which I was genuinely blown away by, such a rich creamy scent, and it is a strong contender for my wedding scent. I will admit, the other samples I was not overly impressed with, but was this just cause they weren't very "me"... I think so, nothing against the brand here. I found the perfumes lasted a good 6 hours without refreshing, this being said I do find the £100 price point for a 100ml bottle a little excessive because it isn't so long lasting, I have had cheaper perfumes last longer. That is probably my only gripe with the brand.

Bought blondie after seeing adverts but honestly not impressed it is definitely no more than a £25 perfume very overpriced doesn’t last more that half an hour

I ordered with next day delivery and, a week on, the item still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted customer services multiple times and the support has been really disappointing — minimal effort to investigate or resolve it, and no mention of a refund or replacement even though I don’t have the item I paid for (at a premium price).
To make matters worse, customer service have now stopped responding. I’d strongly recommend thinking carefully before placing an order.

i purchased the discovery set after seeing the marketing on instagram, i had such high expectations and was so excited for it! the 4 samples smell awful, nothing unique about them at all. they’re either sickly sweet and fake smelling, or extremely musky like old person. im so glad i didnt blind buy full sizes! very disappointing don’t waste your money!

Awful , waste of money

I bought the vanilla scent, again I was persuaded for the marketing and I follow her on insta. The smell of Vanilla is ok but it is very cheap and after 2 mins I can’t even smell it on me. Totally rubbish!
Giving it a 2 stars on the basis of clever marketing and a nice bottle but do not waste your money!!

So I ordered the mini Blanket candle.. I fell for the marketing! The packaging is beautiful & the candle itself is aesthetically pleasing. The delivery time was also quick BUT omg it smells GROSS!! Cheap. Nasty. Artificially sweet. I’ve genuinely smelt better candles in every shop I’ve ever been in. I’m keeping it purely because I lit it hoping for a miracle and the smell would change once lit but I can confirm it does not, it smells so cheap and awful… £65 down the drain. I could have purchased a Jo Malone candle and had change.

Do not fall for the marketing & packaging like I did 🫩

The most synthetic, worst smelling perfumes I’ve ever ordered. Smell cheap, old and quite frankly gross.

I Ordered the discovery set and genuinely hated every scent. They smell like old lady. Very artificial and fake floral scents. I cannot see anyone stopping me in the street because I smelt amazing (according to all the social media reviews posted )
I really would not recommend at all!

Bought Vanillaver and loved the scent however it does not last at all. I have way cheaper perfumes than this that have much better lasting power. So disappointed as I wanted to love it. Sold it the same day as it was delivered and don't think I will be purchasing from Memree again

After hearing about your fragrance on instergram by Jessica and her nan i asked my husband to treat me for Christmas as i trust there approval.
I don't normally pay £95 on perfume without testing, but Memeree have a policy sending samples si the unopened box can be returned and refunded. I usually wear JL Promise, Mark Jacobs Daisy or SJP Lovely or Born Lovely always 100ml
My 100ml Blooms in Venus arrived well packaged with free samples. The Envolope fragrance was pleasant but I made the right choice with Blooms in Venus.❤️ love it!!
I'm a 73yr old young at heart woman that enjoys wearing feminine fragrances daily, it makes me feel good.
I recently had surgery as a day case and wore my Blooms in Venus. I kept smelling this lovely fragrance around the ward thinking it was one of the nurses or any of the 4 other patients.
When different nurses came to do my obs and take care of me after surgery i had a few nice comments.
I realised as I was the last patient to leave the lovely fragrance must have been from me.
I was advised not to shower for a day and I can still smell that lovely fragrance I smelt on the wardon down my cleavage, so it was little old me !! 😊😅❤️
