The customer service was great! I was able to go from a proof to production in less than a week. The sales staff is knowledgable and true to their word. I would use their services again.

Final product looked great and works well, however had a mix up in our order that and ended up with the wrong size drives. Sales rep we worked with responded immediately and corrected the issue ASAP, we got our correct drives within a few days.

As we're a not-for-profit organization, we needed cheap, good quality product. After checking around, I found memory suppliers; They gave a quick, solid quote and stood by their price/product. And, they ate the delivery costs-excellent!

Nice company to work with. Everyone very helpful and accomodating. Telephone system not user friendly and difficult to get to the right person if you don't have a direct phone number.

In spite of specific instructions, however, they were not mailed to,the correct address. This could have been a disaster.

I was already sold with the incredible pricing & fast, accurate, friendly service. But I just had an issue with an order where the imprint color came out too light to read. Memory Suppliers immediately made it right by offering to re-do the drives & even sent a UPS slip back to return the original drives free of charge. I love these guys!!!

Danielle a Memory Suppliers did an excellent job of getting me the quote for our usb's. The proof was sent quickly and I had approved it, but then I changed my mind. When I contacted her she said my order had already went to print but she would see what she could do to add our website on the back. She did manage to get our website added!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We placed an order, and had acceptable levels of communication until I gave the ok. At that point we received no confirmation that the order had been officially placed or an estimate for when the drives would be arriving. After a phone call and an email with no response, a coworker followed up again and we received confirmation almost a week after the initial attempts. The drives made it fine and were as expected but additional communication would have made the interaction much less stressful.
