I ordered a memorial for my beloved dog that I recently lost. She had been in my life for 16 years so this memorial was very important to me. I liked that I was able to design the memorial with her picture, dates, special words, and size. The communication with the company was excellent. They sent me pictures of the project and I was able to make changes until I was completely satisfied. I was surprised at how quickly the granite memorial was sent to me. The stone is beautiful - very heavy. I believe it is the best I could do to honor my sweet fur baby.

The granite memorial to our pet we lost turned out absolutely beautiful. Someone from their site emailed me a proof to make sure I liked how they designed it prior to engraving. She was in contact throughout. The service they offer is absolutely amazing. Quality of product is unmatched. 5 stars 2nd time I've ordered a pet Memorial. Our pets are family more people should offer this service but this is the site I'd continue to use. Ordered May 9th and received the finished product yesterday in the mail. Packaged wonderfully

My experience with them was excellent. They were extremely easy to do business with and were very professional and prompt in all communications regarding my purchase. They emailed me a mock up of my chosen memorial quickly following order and payment. I received my memorial soon after I approved the mock up, which honestly surprised me. I am extremely pleased with how my memorial turned out, and would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality marker or sign for any reason.

Needing a grave marker for our pet,I turned to the internet and found this company. Within two days they sent me a proof of what the stone would look like with the data I gave them. Within two weeks the stone arrived at my door. My wife and I could not be happier! The stone and likeness of our pet was perfect.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Usually I would not leave negative reviews because everyone has their own opinion. The only reason I am this time is because I don’t want someone to experience what I have with this company. My mother in-laws cat passed away and I ordered a small
6 x 6 because her grave area is not that big. When I receive the product, it was horrible. The picture was blurry. You could see the pixel so clearly in the words you can see all the lines. It looks so bad. How can I give this to her and have her look at that every day with such poor quality. I made a complaint and the lady responded back to me that because I ordered a small size that is what I get. I told her she needs to state that on the website. For people that are already going through such a heartbreaking time. This is the last thing that they need to deal with is the poor quality of the product that they’re getting. Don’t waste your time with this company. Go find another company. There are many out there that are better. She ended up giving me a 20% credit and I’m going to go look for another company to make it.

I ordered a plaque from here they made exactly the way i wanted they send you an email how it's gonna before they make it they respond quickly ,very nice people and plus it ships quick I highly recommend this place I have ordered 7 of these and they have never disappeared me.

The people at Memorials Lab were extremely helpful and caring when I ordered the memorial stone for my dad. They made sure that my dad's stone was done according to my needs, and the final product is amazing! The stone was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. They are professionals. I asked a question and had a response in a couple hours. I placed the order and had a proof to view in less than a day. Once I approved it, the stone was made and on it's way. Whole process took less than 5 days until it was delivered. Once it arrived, the engraving of my picture more than met my expectations. This is something I hope I don't need again for a long while, but good to know where to go.
