Most of their products are really good, but their after sales is shocking. Constantly ignored and no help whatsoever for faulty items which is a shame. After-sales is definitely important and having dealt with other brands like Autoglym's aftersales i think we will be switching what products we use moving forward.

I want to make sure I leave a positive review for this company as I feel its more common that people go out of their way to write a review if unsatisfied. I wish good reviews spread as fast as negative ones, because the average rating for this company on this forum can't be anywhere near accurate!! Their customer service is impeccable, and their products are amazing! I purchased the headlight restoration kit, and it was so easy to use and and completely restored my fogged up headlights! Great products, they stand behind them with amazing values, and customer service is one of the best ones I've ever dealt with from a company! Thank you!!

Mequiars heavy duty trim besteld, om mijn bumpers weer mooi zwart te krijgen. Alles aangebracht zoals de beschrijving het aangaf. Resultaat = dat de bumpers helemaal verpest zijn en nog slechter waren dan dat ze waren ( auto uit 2023 helemaal verpest ) contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, moest nog maar een nieuwe kit bestellen van 35 euro omdat het niet goed gegaan was door foute beschrijving van hun kant , konden niet zelf een nieuwe fles toesturen... dit gaan we dus niet doen. Jammer dat zo een groot bedrijf zo met hun klanten omgaan. Voor mij nooit meer dit merk..

So bought my 1st meguiars oxidation remover back in 2020.it was all one mixture of nice cream.so bought a second last year. And it's a split mixture cream on bottom and clear red liquid on top. If you can get it to mix together your a better man than me. Thought it might of been a copy of proper product. Contacted um no reply. So bought another cause the fibreglass gel coat kit of three items was on offer. And yep oxidation in this one is the same. So somewhere along the line they changed formula for the worst. Give it a miss is my advice. This kit will be going back

Meguiars ultimate polish the worst i have ever used leaves streaks allover the paintwork even after i T cut the car before hand £17 a bottle not worth £1:70 used better from poundland just wish i could return it i did 1 panel twice t cut polish streaked t cut again polished again still streaked never again will i buy this

does what it says on the tin. Would recommend to others who have realistic expectations!

This Chamois is not 4 sq ft as labelled. The one I received is only a little over 3 sq ft, but appears to good quality nonetheless.

Just used maguiars products for the first time , I've got a black car and all the other products I've used previously was hard work but with maguiars it was so easy and the finish was amazing, as vehicle painter myself I'm very fussy about a deep shine and I got more than excepted a really deep gloss as if it had just been painted

No point in posting a negative review on Meguirs own site as they have not published my two star review of their Duo Twist drying towel quality control issue, they haven't even had the courtesy to contact me!

Had bird poop on my Porsche for 10 minutes yesterday. Washed it off gently but it left an etch in the paint. Went to Halfords to pick up a bottle of Meguiar's Ultimate Compound and used it this mornning. It did not do anything to sort out the issue. I would not recommend this product. Never thought I'd be saying that about a Meguiar's product.

What is the point of buying the Meguiars convertible top cleaner if they have then DISCONTINUED the reproofer ?? I feel cheated.

The Gold paste works great, and my E-Type never looks better than when I use it. However, the spray wax I used on 7/7/23 to touch up the Gold left a terrible haze that could not be removed except by compounding it off by hand, then re-waxing with paste. I followed the instructions to the letter: product was shaken well, the paint surface was cool on a cool day, the car was clean and in the shade. The spray wax was spread evenly over half the car, and I started trying to wipe it off in 60-90 seconds. However, not one bit of it would wipe off. The touch-up should have been a 15 minute thing, but it turned into a nearly 6 hour job. A young man in customer service who identified himself as "Brandon" was extremely dismissive, talked down to me, wouldn't give me his last name, and kept coming up with different reasons for the failure with no solution nor sympathy.

I went to my car boot to get the Meguiars Ultimate Wax to finish my car clean. The boot was sticky and creamy and the bottle which had been half full was empty. The plastic bottle had degraded at the base and the wax seeped out over boot and other items. After 20 minutes cleaning it all up I emailed Meguiars customer service. No reply by Wednesday 7th ( 3 days on ) so I emailed again. Within 2 hours Dale Masterman returned with an offer to replace the wax. I needed to send a photo of the bottle which had gone to recycling. I told Dale this and am awaiting a reply… I assume my word will be good enough and £40 worth of wax will be coming my way. Reply received next morning. No problem and a new Ultimate Wax is en route. So it appears that the excellent products from the company are matched with first class customer care. Highly recommended.

I have 2 products that have seperated and become a watery, sludgy worthless expensive bottle. Marine # 49, and Gold class Carnuba plus. Spoke to 2 different reps with 2 totally different answers, with attitude. I have switched to Jax Wax, and have no issues with this high quality products. By the way, all my products are stored in a temp controlled climate. I would save my money and never use these products, pitiful, just pitiful.
