I had a very disappointing experience. During my consultation, Dr Mitch Bishop hung up on me without allowing me to finish speaking. I felt my concerns were not listened to and that assumptions were made about my situation without proper consideration. I would caution others to be aware before booking.

I am extremely disappointed by the response I received for this company after they rescheduling my appointment.

The assumption that my questionnaire response was AI-generated based on punctuation and formatting is both inappropriate and offensive. The use of dashes or quotation marks is not evidence of AI use,(I used 2 dashes in my email) and I find it concerning that such conclusions were made so casually and without any discussion with me first.
I submitted that information seeking medical advice. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I received an accusatory response based on assumptions rather than facts.

I also note that the response was not even properly attributed to a named individual, which further concerns me regarding the professionalism of this interaction.

Worst company out there, taken money off me twice and cancelled both appts. Such a scam. Would touch them with a 10 foot pole

Experience was good until I had a complaint - then I was treated as though I was fishing for drugs. All I wanted was to speak to someone directly, and the repeated refusal to speak to me about it lead to them either misunderstanding or intentionally misrepresenting my motives. Either way, if something goes wrong - don’t expect to be able to address it with someone directly to flesh out a fair understanding and resolution, and don’t expect a healthy attitude towards accountability.
