I was referred to Medi Makeovers by a friend who also had an amazing experience through them. Christine has made the process easy, understood my apprehension, yet made it stress free right from the start. After looking locally and not being satisfied with information received, I made my enquiry with Medi Makeover and before I knew it I was on my way to Bangkok. From arrival to the end of my makeover, I have been amazed by how easy the process has been and also with how attentive the surgeon, nurses and hotel staff have been. I would highly recommend Medi Makeover to anybody looking for a professional, and guided, positive life changing experience.

I wanted a face rejuvenation was worried but determined and found it was easy to do and everything: the doctor, hospital, nurses, procedure were top quality so no worries except getting through the post op discomfort for a while and that is worth it to get great results. You want it! Go ahead and do it without fear or worries this is the way to go.

I travelled with MediMakeovers for surgery with Dr Terrapat . I was provided very clear emails and phone calls regarding what to bring, pre surgery and post surgery requirements, hotel and transport information. I was nervous but followed the instructions of where to collect my baggage and where my driver would meet me. It was very easy. The hotel was very well equipped and the staff were very friendly. They breakfast was amazing with lots of different food options. They staff get to know you and would remember how I liked my delicious omelette each morning 😄.
I do recommend bringing a travel companion if possible as the first few days can be hard emotionally.
The nurses were very attentive even with the language barrier. You can use Google translate if required.
The surgery itself went well. I had very minimal pain on day 1 and no pain going forward.
I chose Dr Teerapat for his reputation with quality of his work and his stitches technique and they are healing very well. Medimakeovers are contactable 24/7 with your own private consultant if you have any questions.

From the moment I first spoke with Christine at MediMakeovers, the entire process felt easy and stress-free. She stayed in constant contact, answered every question quickly, and I always felt supported, heard and well-informed every step of the way.

When we arrived in Bangkok, everything was seamless—from transport straight to the hotel to the VIP treatment we received. The hotel was beautiful and being connected directly to the air-conditioned shopping centre was such a bonus!

Dr. Terrapat was professional, friendly, and I felt completely safe in his hands. I had a breast lift, implants, tummy tuck, upper abdominal and flank lipo and I was amazed that I felt no pain afterwards.

It’s now been 2 weeks since surgery and the experience has been incredible. Recovery has been smooth and the results are already showing. I’m excited to see my full transformation as everything continues to heal.

My whole experience with Medi Makeovers was great from start to finish. Julie and Dani were very helpful from the beginning and made me feel at ease. Everything was organised perfectly and I really didn’t have to worry about much except booking my flights.

As soon as I landed in Bangkok, Dani was texting me to make sure I was ok and where to find the driver, when I got to Terminal 21- Centre Point, the hotel staff were fantastic, I’ve never been treated so well at a hotel before. I understand now why Julie and Dani recommended Centre Point. Shopping centre right there below you, all the facilities you could ask for and breakfast everyday.
Dr Teerapat and the nurses made me feel safe and very looked after. I love that we had reviews after surgery and always checked on. I made friends with the other girls and honestly never felt alone. I was always in contact with someone. I’m almost at 6 months post surgery and absolutely love my results. My experience with Medimakeovers was the best and if I get surgery again, I’ll be going back with them.

The whole team at medi makeovers are fantastic and informative, they will let you know everything from toiletries to garments of what will be helpful to have with you and what to expect when your in bangkok. I had an extended TT and thigh lift and Dr Teerapat was amazing, and is meticulous about his work making sure you have the best outcome. I had an amazing experience while there and I have been healing well while there and continue to heal while home.

From excellent communication pre arrival, the airport to hotel pick up service and then to the clinic for the surgery. Well cared for while I was convalescing at the clinic with a 24/7 nurse. Minimum pain. Meticulous dressing changes and suture removal post surgery. Dr T has a lovely manner and I never felt rushed when I had questions for him. Thanks Dani for checking in on me regularly via WhatsApp. Was also lovely to meet other MM patients at the hotel and "share stories". Lovely hotel and great shopping mall attached.

I was initially interested in using MediMakeOvers for my procedure, but my experience during the Zoom consultation completely changed my mind.

During the call, Teerapat was dismissive and came across as quite rude, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, Daniela’s attitude was even worse—she was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the conversation.

For a service that is supposed to guide people through something as personal and important as surgery, I expected much more respect, empathy, and professionalism. Instead, I felt like just another payment to be processed quickly.

This interaction made it very clear to me that client care is not a priority for this company. I’ve since heard similar feedback from others, and I’m glad I decided not to move forward.

I would strongly recommend anyone considering MediMakeOvers to do thorough research and trust your gut during the first interactions—they say a lot.

I'm on the final day of a most amazing experience with Medi Makeovers in Bangkok. From the first phone call with Dani, through the entire process, everything felt seamless and ultra professional.

I was picked up at Bangkok airport by private driver and escorted directly to the Grande Centrepoint Hotel, simply stunning and luxurious. After an overnight stay, a driver met me in the lobby, and transferred me to the Hospital for surgery and 4 night stay. The hospital was ridiculously clean, the staff were so attentive and caring, and the equipment, facilities and journey through admission, surgery and recovery were exceptional.

Back to the Hotel, which is connected directly into Terminal 21 Shopping Centre through double doors in the foyer, for rest and recovery.

I can't praise the professionalism of everyone I met highly enough. Dani, Medi Makeovers, my surgeon - thank you so much for making a scary and difficult decision into an absolute first class experience. The words above and beyond spring to mind. Would I recommend Medi Makeovers to everyone? 100% I would.

I travelled to Turkey for a 360 Tummy tuck and Breast Augmentation including breast lift and implants. After doing heaps of research I came across Medi Makeovers. I was hesitant as anyone would be but I spoke with Dani the Australian liaison here who organises things from this end and meet Ayca and Dr Keskin via video call. They were all were very lovely and answered all my questions and I was confident going to Turkey for my surgeries. Upon arrival I was picked up from the airport via a private van and taken to my hotel. Ayca arrived at the hotel and she was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff was very kind and understood proper English even though I speak Turkish. I waited until now to post my review to see how my recovery would be. I’m 15 weeks post surgery and although I did have complications Dr Keskin was amazing. He came to my hotel room on his day off and treated me. Ayca and her team picked me up from my hotel every check up, drove me to Dr Keskin and back again. The service was 5 stars and above here in Australia. We don’t even get that kind of service here paying our taxes. My scarring is amazing. It’s so thin, low and hidden under my underwear. Scarring slowly been faded with the care products recommend by them. I started Lympatic massage here when I got back and that has been helping with the healing process as well. Any questions I have both Ayca liaising with Dr Keskin and Dani respond quickly and I don’t feel like a burden to them. I highly recommend Medi Make overs and the Turkey team.

Medi makeovers provides excellent service. Pre, during and post there has been great communication. I like the post follow ups and that the doctor provides a 12 month warranty. Also a zoom chat with the surgeon is provided before any commitment is made.

The accomodation is also lovely. I highly recommend!

I recently travelled from New Zealand to Thailand with Medi Makeovers for rhinoplasty, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Teerapat is an incredibly talented surgeon. I had a large hump on my nose that I wanted removed, and not only did he do that — he gave me the most beautiful nose. The result completely exceeded my expectations.
