Jackson Edwards was the agent I worked with. I knew within the first couple of minutes he was very knowledgeable. I had already made five previous phone calls, two of which I just hung up on. Jackson cleared up the Part B excess issue. He also explained that we could continue to work with him if we move to another part of the country, and the premiums would likely be less. Medicare Nationwide is a huge help in finding rates and trustworthy companies to handle Medicare supplements (Medigap policies). They're free and fast, and saved me from spending time calling individual insurers, with all the hassles that entails. Great customer service, they told me what looked good, handled the application, saved me money.

Agent submitted application for the wrong plan. I wanted G he listed N. Also despite very specifically saying I wanted a 1/1 start date he set it up for 11/1. Hence I had a charge to my bank account. Instead of reversing that I’m told I’ll get a check in the mail. I’m still waiting. Errors were made on the new application as well. I believe I made 8-9 phone calls to resolve. Not sure it was done right as I have no confirmation I have been approved and that the plan is indeed correct.

This team looks out for our best interest! Works to get us properly covered as the market changes. We trust them to advise the direction we should go.
