This company really cares about their customers. From the very beginning when I was trying to decide which sauna to select to helping me with payment options and installation questions. This is the only company I would want to purchase an outdoor hybrid sauna from. Their response time, resolution to questions, and support is exemplary.

Great experience with Mark. Appreciate his guidance and recommendations on the best medical sauna. I would highly recommend Medical Saunas.

I was surprised to see such a high rating for this company. I sent three emails to a specific person named Sam and never received a response.

When I called to follow up, someone who said he was the sales manager became defensive and argumentative after I explained that I was simply trying to determine whether this was a legitimate company since no one had responded to my emails. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he raised his voice and acted offended that I would even ask the question.

When I ended the call, he called me back to continue arguing. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience, and based on that interaction, I would not feel comfortable doing business with them.

I was doubting to buy a sauna or not, but a friend of mine recommended this brand and a off coupon LLTPLOAN21756 and finally I decided to make the purchase because the price was better than other options we saw. Now my wife and I use it couple of times per week and we feel the results:

I am Emmanuel Chen from Hawaii. I bought a beautiful sauna from Costco but it took over an hour to heat up to a a little over 120 degrees max., It was very disappointing. So I contacted Medical Saunas and ordered one with them since I heard their saunas can heat up in 15 minutes instead of 90 minutes like most other companies I looked at.

I was a champion racquetball player, both indoors and outdoors, but the wear and tear on my body caught up to me and I now need two hips and two knees replaced. I was concerned how any company could get their sauna 20 floors up and get it working properly without much help from me. Medical Saunas was able to get a crew to install the sauna in perfect working condition to the surprise of myself and the resident manager at our condo. There were no details overlooked. They navigated the parking issues and haul away of packaging materials without a flaw. Now I use the sauna twice a day so I can still get a good sweat like I used to after playing.

This company went above and beyond for me. They actually sent 7 guys to help move the sauna, which I couldn’t believe. They carried the new sauna all the way up to my top floor condo, removed my old one, and installed the new sauna for me.

That level of service is hard to find anywhere. They made the whole thing so much easier on me, and I truly appreciated how much help they gave me. Everything was handled professionally, and they really took a lot of stress off me.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are amazing, and I do not usually write reviews, but I felt like they deserved one.

George was outstanding in his analysis and solution of my sauna problem which my electrocution could not solve. He also added additional improvements to operation which are not in the owners manual. GREAT SERVICE!

A huge thank you to everybody at Medical Sauna for the awesome addition to my home and my health. From the gentleman that took my order. Then the three gentlemen that delivered and set up my unit the Traditional medical 7. I can't remember their names but were efficient polite and left the garage spotless. Lastly to George the service tech. I called left a message and he got back to me in about 20 minutes, answered the questions I had and walked me thru what I was doing incorrectly. Top Quality Infrared Sauna.I love it and use it daily.Their Technician George is very knowledgeable and fast accting.I will definitely recomend medical saunas to my family and friends.

Delivery was smooth and easy. I had a wiring issue (which was my fault) and George helped me solve it in minutes over FaceTime. Top notch and easy.

I purchased a medical sauna from Medical Sauna out of Santa Clarita, CA seven months ago. I have been very happy with the health benefits of using it four to five days a week. I especially have been thankful for the efficient sales staff, customer service, service- George, and
management-Mark departments. Today, my sauna upon starting just shut down, and I called service, left a message for George. A couple of hours later, he returned my call, walked me through the problem, and possible solution. I tried what he recommended, and plugged in the sauna, and it worked! I highly recommend Medical Sauna's out of Santa Clarita, CA, for their great product, and customer service!

George was quickly able to resolve my issue with the electrical connections. He promptly sent a picture to compare to make sure that the wires were connected correctly. Thank you. We’re looking forward to using our Medical 3 sauna.

I bought a Medical Sauna and to be honest my experiences have not been great. The unit was not assembled correctly and it took sometime for the company to agree to replace the unit. They sent out a good crew and it was fixed enough to use. Also the infrared lights stopped working. I received a call from George of Medical Saunas today and he was very helpful in trying to diagnose the problem. After an hour of working together over iPhone FaceTime the problem was fixed. I will say George has always been very responsive to any issue I have had.
My 5 star rating is based solely on my interaction with George. I will keep you posted after November when I am supposed to receive a totally new unit.

After placing my order, the unit was delivered and installed by friendly and knowledgeable installers! The unit is solidly built, and the installers turned it on to make sure it was working fine! They even connected my cell phone to the sauna's music system for me. I had a problem and
George in the service dept. took good care of me!

Rec. 5.18.25 - Medical Sauna kept in touch with me during the pre-shipping and shipping process. The Sauna was in great shape when it arrived. I had it put together!! Edwin and his helper did an excellent job with the assembly!! I bought the Medical Sauna 4 for two people. The workmanship is good!! It is roomy!! Love the side windows. I haven't had it higher than 140 yet, which is plenty for me so far. I LOVE IT!!!!!

After several months of researching the entire home sauna market, we decided on the Medical Sauna 4. The final deciding factor was the full spectrum infra red. We just purchased and received our Medical Sauna 4 for our master bath remodel project. The delivery driver, Guy, was courteous, professional and extremely helpful during the delivery. We are grateful for all of the communication and expediting assistance we received from Medical Sauna's dispatcher, Mark. The sauna has been assembled & installed by our contractor. The sauna assembly was very quick & simple. We are extremely impressed by the quality & appearance of the unit. Unfortunately, we will be unable to begin using it until the master bath remodel is completed in late June. We are recommending Medical Sauna to our family members & friends who are now considering adding their own home saunas.
