I just placed an order by mistake
Update: Today I spoke with 4 different people from their so-called 'dedicated work team,' none of whom offered any help whatsoever. Terrible customer service. Be very careful with this company. On top of that, they signed me up for a membership that they claimed had been cancelled after speaking with 4 representatives - yet when I logged into their website, the membership was still active.
I just placed an order by mistake. I called twice and spoke with someone online. They won't let me cancel the order. Terrible customer service. I'll keep trying to cancel the order. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank.

Where is my refund????
The product itself was good but I didn't want to purchase again. Today, a 57.18 charge was debited from my PayPal. I called and the rep said I had a pending order. I then found emails asking for another form of payment. I wish I would have seen this because I NEVER KNOWINGLY signed up for a subscription, Tje rep apologized, canceled my account but,I won't get a refund for up to 7 days. Also, initially, the rep said the package was already mailed as he attempted to deny my refund. How? I just "paid" for it today. They'll need to get me my money a lot sooner. I will need my refund this weekend since this was gross negligence on their part. I plan to submit a PA attorney general complaint as well for deceptive sales as I DID NOT WANT A SUBSCRIPTION NOR DID I SIGNED UP FOR IT! This is wrong and I need confirmation that my account is closed.
UPDATE: I JUST WANT MY REFUND. AND SINCE YOU SLL STILL WANT TO EXPLAIN WHAT I ALREADY KNOW, I'LL ESCALATE MY COMPLAINT.

meaningfulbeauty.com accepted an order from someone fraudulently using my personal information.
Despite contacting their support team, this has not been resolved. Each contact has resulted in one response claiming order number and account do not exist followed by a different personal acknowledging the order and account but being unwilling to deal with the clearly fraudulent order.
I now need to get my bank involved to deal with this fiasco but it seems meaningfulbeauty.com will allow this fraudulent account to exist.
edit: I had contact "support" at least six times before posting this review, to say they were inconsistent and useless would be an understandment.

Another great company dying
Well it happens to most companies and now it looks like its happening to MB. I called to order the 7 pc gift set that you offer on tv. They were very polite and gave me a free facial tool as a "thank you"for callin in and ordering. After that gift was offered they also offered " At No Cost To Me" the nightly neck cream gift that was joining the promotion. Very polite and more than willing to help me.
When my set arrives i dont have but half of the free gifts that was promised and my set came with different sizes. I had trials suzes ( very small) and the original sizes i was supoise to have. ( per agreement on the phone i assumed) I have calle twice to fix this issue and nothing has happened yet except They have pulled 57.00$ from my account twice. Both drafts came through right after my call to fix the issue and i have yet to see any other product nor have i recieved the free gifts that was promised. I would like my full size products and the free gifts that was promised per agreement. Looks like they are trying to ruin another good company from the inside. I see it happening every day and i really hate to see it with Meaningful Beauty. If you continue to do business like this MB will NOT be the number 1 rated beauty facial supply company. .Completely
