Appalling customer service.
As they do not sell to the public directly, and as their stockist list is so out of date the first few ‘stockists’ have either ceased tradingnor honeninto administration, I asked Maypole of they could tell me who they supply a certain product to so I could purchase from that stockist. They said they don't know who has it in stock. So I replied again and said I was asking who has it in stock, but who to you distribute the product too. Again I received an email saying they don't know their customers stock levels so I should basically contact them all myself.
