I'm not "Loving My Reward" because, despite having been ordered a month ago, it hasn't arrived. As and when it does, I'm sure I'll be very happy!

I love filling in these surveys. You get a really decent amount of points and I’ve claimed them for several different things. I’ll continue to take part.
The things are always sent out super fast and are great quality.

Have been using Maximiles for many years and redeemed for gift cards several times.

I've not received my reward after waiting nearly 4 weeks.

Doesn't leave greasy feeling on skin after use. Protects well. Right size tube for travel. Absorbs into skin quickly. Delivery wasn't too long from when placed order. Was updated each stage of order

By doing surveys, I obtained a bottle of prosecco in exchange for 4000 points - a great incentive to do surveys! The good thing is that there are surveys of all lengths, so if you have a bit of extra time, you can earn quite a few points by doing a longer survey.

It is fun earning points with Maximiles. The surveys are interesting and you gradually earn enough points for some useful reward.

awful service, rewards get reduced, placed last order for reward, been a month and still not received it, they havent even shipped it yet. i wont be using service again

A good survey company to use. The surveys are different lengths & always interesting. The rewards are very good as well.

I finally decided having saved thousands of points over more than a decade, to buy myself a luxurious prize, a set of Apple ear buds using a significant chunk of my points to take with me on summer cruise. Twice it seems the ‘supplier’ failed to get them to me and eventually the points are reported to have been returned to me, although I have not yet got them back. Given that I am retired, am virtually always at home and have given a very safe place to deliver the box, which would be tiny, to me I am appalled that they have twice failed to deliver. The whole thing is pathetic, typical of failing Britain in 2026 and leaves a nasty taste in my mouth.

The smooth and ease of the whole process of ordering and receiving my rewards from maximiles!!

Interesting surveys. When offered a survey it is nearly always available not like some.

Gift cards requested on 21st June, not received and chased again on 9th July. Still not received. Just chased again, it’s not good enough. I have been with Maximiles for years and the service is poor. Most other companies will email e-gift cards.
