they let certain people get away with anything under the sun but when they’re out to get somebody to quit or fire them they will write them up for ANYthing.. always threatening to pull up cameras when you do something wrong but if you complain about something they’ll just “talk to them” very unorganized, unprofessional, and chaotic. they say they’re there to “help” you but they’re not they’re just worried about being snobby in the cubicles all day. they never come to the floor especially if you need help when the machines are blowing up like crazy and can’t get any handpackers cause they’re all sitting in the bathroom or on break. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend working here cause you’ll feel like you’re in prison, the most bs job EVER
The interview process was overall a great experience. Megan and Brandi awesome.
That said, Orientation and onboarding/ first day was underwhelming and vague And full of threats from upper management. The process was overall quick and the onboarding was a brief slide of policies and values that MAU upper management doesn't follow.. Onboarding overall was full of over 200 threats on how we are just a number and how they will fire us. The recruiter Megan was personable and engaging but the rest of the experience was unprofessional and rushed. Seemed to be a test to see if I fit into cliche or not. During orientation i learned that management talks down to its employees and MAU management contradicts themselves. MAU management needs to take a class on how to talk and treat employees. MAU management will promise you a position but then at the last minute move you and give you to another position with no option or choice. MAU picks and chooses which employees follow what policies. (They pick and choose). MAU pay is low (not even competitive) and the Medical benefits is a complete joke. That said, The whole experience was mind blowing that corporate would continue to let MAU Paris operate such a toxic environment.
Just a note to MAU management.... If you don't want a revolving door. You need to get management to treat employees with respect. You need to stop contradicting yourself and you need to pay a competitive wage and offer better benefits.

They two ladies that I talk to was very polite, down-to-earth, and was very understanding they explained everything great you can’t ask for two better interviewers thank you

As a previous employee, I was impressed with their improvements on the training process. Detailed training in the class and the training on the floor was thorough.
Multiple trainers are telling different work schedules to the same crew. For instance I was told to start a new job I would learn it for two weeks on days then go into a rotation. Two days later I'm on night shift, I'm new to night shift work and it would have been nice to know the process before dumped on the floor without training. Also should be telling this is a 90 percent dumpster emptying job and the trash bailer is broke 49 out of 50 times.

It’s not bad job if you need a job and money. Seems like Kimberly Clark is quicker to hire you through mau then off the street. Other then that it’s good stepping stone (MAU)

Okay here we go..... first off their point system is designed for you to get fired even with doctors notes. Then if you make a complaint to your supervisor that said supervisor will tell the person that you made a complaint on that it was you which in return they may come at your or even try to attack you and they do NOTHING about it!! There is alot of racial problems that are not okay or professional. Lastly they will fire you over something they "said" you did but will never show you the proof and when asked to see it I was told "oh we don't do that or allow that" and that came from the HR manager.. so I would never suggest anyone work here unless your want to feel unsafe, unimportant and just like a robot doing the same thing over and over.

The supervisor that works there now is VERY TERRIBLE MAU NEEDS A NEW SUPERVISOR SHES VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Good money and plenty of overtime, but they need to have a way for employees to request off instead of just telling them they'll just have to get a point for any days they need off and can't come in.

I felt a little awkward at first, but then was met at the door and interacted with very professional, knowledgeable, kind staff. They ALL seemed to truly care about making the onboarding experience a pleasant one, and it was.
