My experience Im sending money to the Philippines on a regular basis most times it is sent in minutes sometimes it can take up to 12 hours why is this happening the beneficiary needs the money as quickly as possible please advise very frustrating...End of the day the beneficiary needs the money quickly as possible....

Disgusting money remittance! They hold the money for few days. Whenever you check it always says pending. If you try to contact them nobody answeres the call. Asked to refund the money then they said they will prioritized your account! And Oh they said they needed more documentation but none of them reaches on me so i can provide whatever they need! I had to ring them millions times to be able to speak to human being! Waste of time!

Has higher conversion rate than others but they charge $3.49 fee. The money was not transferred fast. Recipient received it the next day. Also I did not receive the referral bonus even after the condition of the program was met.

I transferred my funds on 11/12/2025 at 10:30am. As of 12/12/2025 at 10:40am, the funds still have not been credited to the account in India. In addition, I have been calling customer service repeatedly and have spent several hours trying to reach someone, but no one is answering the phone. I also sent an email and submitted a message through your website, but I have not received any response.

Pathetic customer service ..! Signed up on 2-Dec-2025 and upload my documents for verification, called on next day for the update and the lady told me it take 24 hours, after that nothing happends , called multiple times on 4-Dec-2025 about the verfication delays but no one is attending any phone call for 20-30 minutes and call disconnected..Today 8-Dec-2025 i called again and No one has received the call again and after 3 hours they called me back at 10:30 PM, saying thanks for your feedback we will email you once your account is verified and the guy was so arrogant. Be careful everyone.. stay away
