The delivery was left in the lobby front door in the BRONX NY and was stolen i told them to call me to receive the boxes or leave them in front of my door on the 6th floor $240.00 lost and they wanted to give me 6000 point which is $60.00
as a consultation I want nothing to do with these no good criminals

The picanha is not the right cut of meet I requested a refund and they told me It was not cooked right.. I'm from Brazil being cooking picanha all my life.. never will order from them again it's not right to sale a inferior product

I felt very cheated by MasGustos. They weren't honest about the sale of the panettone, which was advertised as a promotional price. I placed an order based on interest in them, was charged and paid, and on the day of delivery received a message saying they were out of stock and would refund a smaller amount than what I paid for the merchandise. It's not about the amount itself, but about the fact that they did this, receiving thousands without delivering any merchandise. It's a huge absurdity that everyone should be aware of before placing an order. My frustration is immense.

STAY AWAY!!!! They did not delivered my order, i was charges and they lied saying there was an issue on my neighborhood, which is a lie! I was ouy all day and we have no weather issues as of today January 27! Horrible customer service. I nees my refund and will never use them again.

This was my first time ordering through Masgusto. I am thoroughly impressed. I ordered frozen meats, fresh vegetables, a variety of mushrooms, herbs, peeled garlic, Ginger, fried garlic, and a few dry items. They came packaged extremely well. All dry items were in a separate bag from the vegetables which came in a box and the frozen meats came in a cooler bag with ice packets. It all appears in great condition, fresh, and are even over the weights given on their website. I wasn’t expecting it to go this well and am very happy. I’m also surprised all of this was less than $50.

I was very clear about them not delivering my purchases to the hallway because there's theft in my building. I explained this in the delivery instructions and contacted the company's support. What did the delivery person do? He left my packages in the building's hallway. I will not buy from them again.

Bought picanha (sirloin cap) Swift on MásGusto,that was not sirloin cap it was a piece of leg trimmed to look like picanha, so tough was impossible to chew!..

They didn’t even delivered my Oder and charge me. It’s a scam

I bought several pantry products, and most of them arrived with the expiration date faded and looked stale. I contacted the company, and they said the expiration date was still within the expiration date. And when I leave a review, they don't accept reviews with just a few stars.

The fruit was bad. Disappointing experience. Will not buy from again.

Some products have their expiration date just a few months away from the delivery date. Some products are old and taste bad even with a valid expiration date. Frozen products always arrive defrosted or semi-defrosted.

I found out about this market through a suggestion on my Instagram, and after checking if the site was real and safe to buy from, on the recommendation of a customer, more friends and my sister said that the store sells Brazilian products that are shipped from California and have just arrived in Las Vegas, they are trustworthy and I will support this local business that has fast and free delivery.
