I booked a round trip with Range rover and lamborghini urus from geneve airport to megeve. once they take the money, they dissappear and never show up.they tell you a lot of stories and excuses but they never show up and refund your money.

NEVER EVER KEEP IN TOUCH WITH THIS SCAMMERS

Regrettably I am another victim of this thieving scum bag.
£3000 for a helicopter transfer from Geneva to Courchevel was non existent and now are not responding to any form of contact.
Feel a fool not checking reviews first but too late now.
Do any of us victims know of a means to link a website/post/bank details etc to a person so we can find this scum bag and give him what he deserves.

This company responds only when they feel they can make a sale. After that, there is no luxury concierge. There are unanswered texts and calls, no replies, no confirmation and no product that was paid for at the end.
Very poor customer service.

Total scam! This guy should be prosecuted he is stealing thousands from people he just stole 4500€ from me for a helicopter transfer from Geneva! Nothing delivered and no refund everything vanished! all accounts that have Marino in it is for the same scammer! He steals videos from other people and posts it in the company’s Instagram and TikTok he posts fake reviews you could literally tell it’s fake because all the “happy” customers happen to reply in the same minute it’s literally two phones in his hands! Even in this website he posted fake positive reviews that all share ( IT ) as location which is Italy where this scammer is from!!

My experience in Courchevel with this company was very well, all was perfect from chalet to Helicopter transfer and restaurant bookings, our trip was amazing

Perfect service in Dubai! I try this company for the first time in courchevel and all very good, now I re use the service for my trip in Dubai they organize all from restaurant bookings to yacht charter, jetski and lambo Rental, very good service.

This is a complete scam. Dont trust these dogs they took our money and never refunded anything. We paid for a helicopter transfer from geneva to courchevel which was cancelled than all future messages ignored. COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT TRUST!!!! All the other reviews saying its good must be completed by themselves, complete liars!!

They organized all my concierge service in Dubai with urus rentals, bookings at Nammos,Opa,Sirene etc, it's the second experience with this company and all very very good

Stay away!!! This is a scam!!! The guy took the money and never answered our messages.

They are scammers. They took €2,950 from me and have not issued a refund. I have been trying to communicate with them, but they keep blaming the platform instead of taking responsibility.

For a company that claims to operate in high-end locations and offer premium services, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Paid a €1,200 deposit for a Courchevel helicopter ride. The service was never delivered. After payment, communication stopped and I was blocked.

Very professional service! We ask to them some help for Courchevel & St.Moritz and they book for us Mangeoire, Baies, Folie Douce, Matsuisha, Billionaire and Paradiso. All tables was amazing and they are very fast and professional to give solution.

Total scam – avoid at all costs.
Marino Luxury Concierge took payment upfront (€250 per person) claiming they would secure bookings at high-end venues. After payment was made, communication stopped completely. Calls ignored, messages unread, no booking, no refund, no explanation. Blocked from any social media platform and whatsapp too.

This company makes big promises about access to Courchevel, Dubai, St Tropez, Mykonos, etc., but delivers absolutely nothing. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest behaviour.
