I liked OGS But losing confidence in him & unfortunately there are not many top coaches available except Zedan. It is getting close to the time when a change may be necessary.

Disappointed
Very dismissive response from customer service about my recent merch order from the webshop where I wasn’t given the %10 discount, then my order didn’t arrive on time and then I was charged so much for extra deliveries and for extra returns. I regret everything about this experience from start to the end but especially how my feedback was handled.
I will never order again/won’t recomment to anyone.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Sent my season ticket back because I’m so outraged. Basically if you have to update your card details make sure doubly (that’s if you can get through to them because they don’t answer phones or respond to repeated emails) - there’s a second sneaky area for the cup schemes which ironically doesn’t fall under ‘update card details’ area. As such they have resold my Liverpool ticket and I can’t get a refund. No forward facing appeals or support team.
Just a way to fleece fans for more money.
I won’t spend another penny on this appalling club. Lifelong fan and dreamed of having a season ticket.

Absolutely joke. Been on the phone to customer service for an hour and a half. In a world where customer service is massive they downgrade their already abysmal approach to even worse. Take advantage of the fans at every opportunity and frankly don’t care about fans or “customers” as they would call them
Uncontactable and Abysmal Customer Service
2021 saw the return of fans to games and saw Manchester United (arguably the biggest club in the world) DOWNGRADE it's customer service interactions to worse than any other provider I use. The club are now are virtually un-contactable by any means, incorrect redirection messages with inaccurate information and the previously friendly service via telephone has gone with automatic call terminations at most times. Lifelong Red sadly disappointed - but not unexpected if I'm honest.

Discriminatory ticket purchase practices?
I had a recent and rather unpleasant experience trying to get European match tickets for my 81 year old father. (Season ticket holder since he was a teenager) Similar to others I found the attitude of staff towards the elderly (non techy) members of society trying to buy a ticket appalling. I was told my father would have to turn to somebody else to set up an account for him. (so much for independance in old age!) I find tis attitude potentially discriminatory. towards both the elderly and those with learning disabilities. You simply don't exist as far as the club is concerned, if you are not online. I cannot imagine that the club senior level executives want this to be club culture, but there are a few overzealous short sighted middle managers trying to make a name for themselves by driving efficiencies whatever the cost to the individual. What would work better for the elderly and those who struggle with online services would be to provide a dedicated line with trained professionals along the lines of those provided by SKY

I am writing to complain about the lack of respect for a 70-year supporter.
I've been trying to help my 80-year-old father get his season ticket as he is no longer allowed to get this on the phone; it has to be done online, so I created the account and linked his membership; all good.
I paid for his Matchday season ticket and Parking (as he has osteoarthritis) and quickly got BOTH showing in the account. I received an email shortly with the matchday ticket information with a paragraph saying the parking ticket would be sent soon (within three days). As yet, I have still not had this.
Many days have spent sending email or text messages to 0161 850 3969 as requested, and all I got was the same standard messages (we have received your request, or We have re-issued your ticket) which I have still not got, thus leading me to circles and going through the same processes.
Tomorrow is match day 1 (Leeds), and he still does not have his parking season ticket despite ALL ATTEMPTS to get what he has paid for.
Unfortunately, it seems to be the state of affairs with the club, not thinking of the fans who have paid into the club for seven decades but quickly advertise three new strips). Where is the fan help? Where is the service with ticket issues? Why does it take so long when you have paid out?
QUESTION: Would any of you be happy if you found yourself in this situation? My father has a disability, yet I get contacted daily asking if it is resolved, quite frankly, beyond a joke...
Don’t care about the fans
I bought a membership with the club to buy tickets last season hoping we might be in for the second half of the year. As it turned out the games ended up behind closed doors all year bar one game.
I asked if the membership would be extended for the following year because there was no opportunity to buy tickets
I was fobbed off with every email one guy told me I had free MUTV for three months ( news to me) one guy told me it was my hard luck for buying it. Next one told me I got random other discounts.
None of them read the emails and talked to me like a person or address the points I raised
Clearly the club had no interest in even discussing the membership with me and took the my money for nothing and not interested in me
As a fan left me unappreciated and they are only interested in my money
Very poor customer service throughout my interactions but none of them seemed to care anyway….
