Item arrived on time. Nice sweater but too large. I requested a return.
They charged £3.99 to send. Tracked 48 Royal Mail
They deducted £5.00 from my refund.

I could have personally returned Tracked Royal Mail 48 for £3.55. I enquired if I could do this. The answer was a definitive NO!
I have paid £8.99 and have nothing to show for it!

JUST BEWARE!!!

I ordered a top and paid £2.99 postage. Had to return as it did not fit and was charge £5 to return it. Am now £8 out of pocket for 1 item.
I will never use this company again.

I recently ordered 2 items at 15.00 I returned immediately as they were far too long you needed to be 6ft to wear the items
I am so angry I have been charged 2.99 which I accept but then a further 5.00 to restock it on the shelf I find this unacceptable and needless to say i will not be shopping with these again as it has cost me 7.99 for nothing

I would have thought by the many 1 and 2 star reviews with regard to refunds they are in no doubt about how shocking there company have been with people saying they will not shop with M&Co again. They used to be good but now they are money grabbers, shocking!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience returning a coat to M&Co. I paid for the coat, it didn’t fit and I then paid the £5 return fee for Evri to collect it. Despite multiple “attempts”, the parcel was never collected. I followed every instruction given, including QR codes and drop‑off guidance but nothing worked.
This has dragged on for months and caused far more stress than a simple return should. I have been dealing with the recent death of my son and organising his funeral and I simply do not have the emotional capacity to keep chasing a service I have already paid for.
I feel completely let down by both M&Co and Evri. A return should not be this difficult and customers should not be left to sort out failures in the companies own systems.

Bought dress online in sale ,no confirmatory email sent therefore no order number and without order number can’t return .tried complaints form but all automated so just get link for “returns”which of course needs order number .ordered dress size 12 and at least 2 sizes smaller,would fit a doll perhaps !!wasted my money,may as well have flushed it down toilet as no means of getting refund .will never buy their products again

Don’t get misled compared to the designer brand’s. Clothing is great quality, half the price and is up there with the best. Wide variety, excellent value, worth checking out before rushing off to the designer outlets.

Ridiculous cost of return and restocking fee
They leave you no choice but to pay this fee if you need to make returns since as their stores are now all closed £3.99 for delivery and £5.00 for return
Quality of fabric poor. Not even close to M&Co standards of the past
Ordered 2 pairs of jeggings for choice and wish I’d returned both

Charging £2.99 for delivery, £5 for a return and then also restocking fees is an absolute scam! Especially when your stores are all closed so we have no choice but to return. I won't be ordering from m&collect again!n

Delivery very prompt, I had 1 item which was to big, was horrified it was going to cost me £5 to send back and already paid £2.99 for delivery, considering the item was only £10 not worth sending back, really disappointing

I was a little disappointed with my order the first day I wore the trousers it ripped at the sides but design was lovely.

I have been buying from this company for many year and have never been disappointed. I miss my local store.

I ordered a top which was too big , paid £2.99 delivery. I sent for the smaller size which is fine , again paying £2.99 delivery. I could not believe that the return fee was £5. So an £10 top ends up costing £21. Disgraceful I won’t order again.
