Main Faucet Bewertungen

I didn't see a small chip on the edge of our vanity top because it was blackened. I thought it was a flaw in the material and could live with it. However, the black spot came off to reveal a chip. Now it is too late to return-it would cost us lots of money to ship it back, and it is already installed! I can't help to think the chip was purposely covered up.

I needed a new vanity for my small outdated bathroom. The Design Element 48" Citrus was better than expected. It was delivered promptly as scheduled and installed by my handyman. I looked at several websites and stores for one with less than an 18" depth. This model has a sleek one piece design with lots of storage and even space for towels. Main Faucet had it and beat everyone else's price. It was missing 4 small little screws to attach a mirror ledge, but when I called customer service they were sent in the mail within the week. The vanity looks beautiful and I will purchase again from Main Faucet in the future! Thanks for making my old bathroom look new again.

I ordered a frameless shower door from main faucet. I later saw the product was on sale from another vendor. I sent an email to main faucet and was asked for the link and to my delight they honor the lower price.

The item was carefully packaged and came with clear instructions to install, maintain and care for. After the product was installed, I realized that one end of the glass was rough, so I write another email to main faucet and took a picture of the rough edge. They apologized and sent me a replacement door.

I am very please with the quick response of fixing issues I had with the purchase. I told every family member and some customers about my awesome experience with main faucet. My mom will be getting one of these frameless bathroom door and when she is ready she definitely using u guys.

My home I got couple months ago so it's a work in progress and I will check for items from main faucet before making future purchases.

This was an awesome online purchasing experience for me! !!!!!
Good job! !!!

Every corner of even the smaller towns in America has at least one Big Box store filled to the brim with low quality components and fixtures at an "affordable" price.
Not willing to settle for this, when we did our kitchen renovation - and now our master bath - I've sourced all of my fixtures at Main Faucet. I was able to find beautiful stainless faucets & an outstanding stainless farmhouse sink at Main Faucet for the same price as the cheesy quality at Big Box. I did my own contracting, and my plumber, counter installer, & cabinetmaker were blown away by the quality of my fixtures - and the prices. Each asked for the name of my source, which I gladly passed along. I highly recommend Main Faucet.

In a timely manner we received the item we purchased. It came to us in perfect condition and we had no reason to contact the company any further. They are reliable.

I will recommend this company to everyone. You have an incredible line of faucets and hardware. You stock and ship what you sell without making us wait months to receive it. By the time I need a faucet, I won't wait more than 2 weeks max for some highly uncommon almost custom styled one. With Main Faucet I received what I ordered when they promised. I am completely satisfied with our products, service, and shipping.

The steel/porcelain one piece sink/bathroom countertop met my expectations and the on-line description. Delivery was fast, well packaged and included installation instructions were good.

They had consistent low prices and were helpful in working through a manufacturer's back order situation.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, DELIVERY ON TIME, NO ISSUES AT ALL PRODUCT IS VERY VERY DURABLE VERY WELL BUILT TO LAST. WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY:)

I called them early one morning because the company i originally ordered my sink from kept delaying my shipment. I needed a specific style and size sink by a certain time based on my renovation schedule. I received a friendly hello when they answered the phone, I explained my situation, told them what i needed, and they were able to ship my sink the same day. They basically saved me a huge headache. From first contact to delivery i couldn't be happier with this company. They really went above and beyond to deliver exemplary customer service in addition to providing a quality product line, at a great price + FREE SHIPPING. Cant beat that!

I ordered a 9in tub spout as described on the website. I received a 6in tub spout, very disappointed.

We now have all installed and it's great

I would highly recommend this product - easy to install, beautiful looking, and accommodates all my bath sundries.

I love this sink. The depth is fantastic, They packed it so well that it wouldn't get damaged. It came in right when they said it will.

Ordering was easy, good price. Delivery was fast and it came in excellent condition! Love my Ruvati double apron sink!!!

Product was as advertised and it was shipped quickly!

The faucet I ordered was beautiful, great quality and the deliver time was excellent! I'm enjoying it in my newly remodeled kitchen.

This item was left in the rear of my lot leaning against a garage door. I was told by a visitor it was there and I was able to get it inside right before storm hit. There was a noticeable hole in outer box where a forklift had speared it. Luckily no damage due to well packaged product by shipper!
Product quality was great.

I spoke with customer service when I ordered to get a few questions answered and I can't imagine friendlier more complete service. I ordered a Ruvati kitchen sink and their matching bar sink. When the quartz countertops were installed the installers remarked on the high quality of the sinks compared to the ones they carried and others they had installed and the comments were enthusiastically positive about these. They arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Main Faucet had the best prices I could find. I could not be more pleased.

I'm so glad I found them. They had a great price on a great product
