We are totally pleased with our bathroom vanity it is exactly as we pictured it, the total process was excellent, no issues at all, would definitely purchase from Main Faucet again.

Nice to deal with a company that looks after their customers and does not send you to India or Manilla for customer support.

My wife and I bought 2 Fresca vanities from Main Faucet, their prices were the lowest by more than $100 plus there was no tax or shipping charges. We have 1 more bathroom to remodel and plan on purchasing more vanities from Main Faucet.

My item was on back order and it has never arrived. Not happy!

There are lot's of this style on the market. Prices vary wildly. I must admit, I bought this after a mind-numbing search and comparison. Reviews and price were right so I bought it. It looks great and works fine. Be careful about the glass corners. You can crack your dome if you don't pay attention. I put a couple slit clear tubing sections around those corners to ease the blow. Just be careful. The flue cover accommodates different ceiling heights, but it didn't accommodate mine. I will have to trim out the top 3" with a painted cove since neither cover fit the space. I could not stretch the base cover to 21". Oh well, nothing is perfect. Could have been the same with the "brand name" which cost twice as much and with the same specs. The LED lights are nice. Can't tell you how well the filter system works. Haven't fried any chicken yet.

Recently purchased glass shower door. The product arrived quickly and extremely well packed within a crate. Best price anywhere too!

Their website says they have the products in stock when they actually don't have it at all. I call them to ask why they were taking so long to ship my order and they came up with the excuse that they been calling to double check on my delivery address ( I never received a single phone call) and my address was very clear on my order. They promised I should get my order within 5 more days after "confirming" my address. It took more than two extra weeks for the item to arrived, only after I told them I would cancel my order if I didn't receive it soon.

After two phone calls and two stupid excuses I will never buy from this company again.

Main Faucet charged my credit card but did not ship the product for nearly 6 weeks. Repeated inquiries went unanswered for weeks. Communication with your customers needs a great deal of improvement.

Ordered a vanity which shipped freight. Very nice looking, good quality unit. It shipped in a reasonable timeframe and was very well packaged. Upon unpacking, we found the stone backsplash broken. The customer service agents at Main Faucet, while a little slow in resolving the issue, weren't able to find a replacement, but were able to satisfactorily reimburse me for the broken piece.

What a great experience. Selection is amazing, service is perfect, and communications are right on time. A stand-out among online vendors.

Glass partition is thick and appears durable. You need a professional to install it because the glass is heavy and requires skill in boring into the tiles for mounting.
It improved the appearance of my newly renovated bathroom. It is very important to know the correct width where the glass prition will be installed in.

A truly terrible experience from start to finish. Horrible customer service. 3 weeks just to get my item shipped. Don't bother with this company.

I absolutely love my bidet. The only problem I have (and I am short) is that I have to move to have it hit me in the right place. The bar for the front needs to come out a little further. Other than that I love it. Have only used a regular toilet a couple of times when I am not home. Boy are those seats cold.
