This platform is relatively cheap compared to all other modes of reading for a voracious reader. The collection is excellent. One practical problem is that enlarging is difficult to read on a non-touch screen device. Can we do anything for it.

Scammers
Scammers! Automatic renewals by default with no chances of refunds (as stated in Terms and Conditions). Wonder how it aligns with European Consumer Rights (I'll TLDR it for you - it doesn't). Subscription management made as hard as possible (you have to send them emails i.e. push and pull with them).
One of my use cases - payed a year subscription, magazine stopped issuing, can't get a refund, and of course, they tried to renew it (if bought via Apple Store, you have to manually cancel it from your Apple account, otherwise, they'll charge you for non existing mag infinitely).
Stay away!!!

Finding a missing issue
I have been using magzter for about two months and been collecting a kids magazine for my autistic son for a while. Customer support took care of my request quickly and solved my problem like a weight went off my shoulder.

A Mag With No Lag!
The online "delivery" of the magazine I subscribe to has always been on time and relatively trouble free. When I ran into a problem with a renewal, they were prompt, helpful and fixed the issue in less than a day.
The one thing I would suggest is being able to store a credit card on their site instead of having to renew and re-enter the details every year. An auto renewal option would be helpful.

Excellent Customer Recovery
I was requesting a refund due to the failure to cancel from a trial period. But instead, I was offered a better plan which I thought was very personalized and thoughtful. Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I cancelled the service and did not have auto-renewal active and yet they keep deducting funds from my account every year. The only way to stop them is to cancel the credit card which is hugely inconvenient! I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and am only met with incoherent rubbish about how many titles they have.
