Horrible cancellation experince.
Used this product for a while. Tried several times to cancel my subscription. They will not cancel. Customer service is abrupt and not useful. Avoid this service.

I wanted to cancel the subscription within 24h after taking a one month free subscription. I tried via the website and they mentioned there was no more subscription. Later I realize they did put me on a subscription. Not option on the website to cancel this. You have to write the helpdesk.

I had a problem accessing some publications on the app. Wrote to Magzter and the response was quick and they helped me solve the problem.

Magzter offers digital magazines at good prices, including some publications that are hard to find. Their response to customer inquiries is fast and courteous.

Really great customer care support. They have resolved my issue of not able to read old issues of particular magazine.
I love Magzter because of 2 main reasons:
1. All my local language ( Malayalam) magazines are available.
2. I can read all old issues of any magazines.
