Quick, easy, healthy and delicious!
Amazing food and amazing customer service. I don’t have time to prep food so being able to take a meal to work and come home to one ready made is perfect for my busy lifestyle! The added bonus is that it’s actually healthy and tasty! 😋

Food is amazing
Food is delicious- the garlic chicken and Chinese chicken are lush. Only thing I would say is when ordering online, where you select veg I would like the opportunity to select which veg I would like rather than just veg or no veg.
Will definitely be going back again!

Hiya Gemma, thank you so much for the kind comments! Was good to speak to you yesterday. Thanks. Emily x
Fantastic service yet again
Fantastic service yet again, highly recommend these guys.
Very tasty meals and so easy to pop in the microwave after work. Garlic Chicken and Steak meatballs are my favourites so far, but enjoying different ones daily. Mike and the girls are really helpful over the phone and go out of their way to meet your requirements.
I would highly recommend Micro Based Diner, give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Thank you

Really tasty meals with lovely fresh vegetables, saves time after a busy day at work, just pop a meal in the microwave and done in a few minutes, what more can you ask for, better than going to the takeaway a few times a week
