I bought a mobile phone recharger. It was faulty. I sent it back. They said they would refund the postage. They didn't. They do not respond to emails and the phone just rings. They say they respond within 48 hours. Yeah, right. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM

Purchased a charger and cable for Asus Transformer but received a cheap Sony Ericsson Charger instead which will not do the job due to incorrect voltage.
Support is the worst I have ever experienced with online shopping

Do not buy from M-99 - even ebay is better than this company!

This company also goes under the name everymobilephone.co.uk I ordered a battery for a friend on the 6th of October and it still haven't arrived I have emailed them loads of times and never got a response as well as phoned them on their M99 number and they won't answer the phone,the cost to me is only £6.90,but if they do that to every-one that adds up to a lot of money,I only ordered from them as my friend wasn't prepared to pay more and wanted the cheapest option,but I wish I googled them first,please if you're reading this,stay away from these crooks.

Received a SD - 240v Mains to 12v Car Converter : 1 : 9.95
delivered OK but lasted 3 hours & so far 0 response from the company. Really dissapointed.
Do not buy from these people, I wish I had seen this page first & feel really silly trusting them.

Binatone BB200 charger ordered on Friday afternoon & delivered the following Tuesday morning, Brillinant service, A++ from me.

I ordered a product from speedydelivery.co.uk, and the site clearly stated that there were "at least 35 in stock". After ordering on a Saturday, I received an email on the following Monday from M-99 (with no mention of speedydelivery.co.uk at all) saying that a product I had recently ordered from them or one of their partner sites was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be, so they had cancelled the order. The mulitple company names do not look very trustworthy, and the stock listing was utterly false.

My order was accepted, payment taken but I was subsequently advised that the item was not held in stock but was being mailed directly to me from suppliers in Hong Kong! It never arrived. The company has not responded to my emails. They do not provide customer support on their 0870 phone number and fail to live up to their published Terms & Conditions. I advise that no one should place business with this company. I will take every opportunity that I can to castigate the reputation of this company with family, friends, business associates, on forums, social networking sites etc. until and unless they refund the money taken.

I ordered some car radio speakers to put in my caravan they were nice and small to fit on the shelf available. Very quickly my parcel arrived - but instead of car speakers they sent mains speakers which were twice the size and unsuitable for use, i contacted M99 and they said sorry i was dissatisfied and to send them back, this was fine but who was going to pay the post of £7.50. after 5 mails and 4 weeks i have decided to keep the speakers and use them in the shed - better to have something for my money than nothing at all as i am not sure that they would have refunded £20 either. so my advice is dont use this company because they send the wrong items and then totally ignor their customers.

See below comment from smurf - I am not a dork and I only ordered a phone charger! Don't be misled by the name. Speedy delivery is something they didn't do for me or reply to my e-mails. Cheap but definitely would not use again. Will be contacting credit card co. for re-imbursement as these jokers will not answer my e-mails. Shame no zero rating available

Whether or not I am going to be sent the item I ordered, Its been a month now since paying, the phone number tells me to email them, then emails I send only get an automatic 'we offer a further week extra to send items back' email. Which is useless info info if I have never received anything.

Total blag site so far in my opinion. They will be getting a visit.

You cannot contact them as the 'contact us' link on their site dosent work. You will NEVER get through on the telephone as you always get a man saying 'all customer servicesare busy ... haha, customer services, dont think they have one at all !!

Like many you will pay and get NOTHING !

An awful company who are unbelievebly still allowed to trade even though Trading Standards are aware of them.

looked on site found what i wanted,paid by credit card.parts arrived within 14 days,well packaged and exactly what i wanted.i was worried too as company has alot of negative feedback.i believe it has to be the customer failing to explain exactly what they want it seems loads of dorks getting stupid phone components?phones are always changing so hard to keep up especially with all the crap comes with them.anyway five stars i got my parts no hassle and no thanx to all the negative crap i read on net.

I ordered a handsfree headset for an HTC x7510 - they say their handsfree set consist of in-ear phones, microphone and clip

They sent me an ordinary set of earphones, ni microphone, no clip and the wrong plug.

All emails, phonecalls etc have gone unanswered
