Popped in last week and spoke to Toby.
He tightened my driving glasses because a lens was dropping out; he straightened my sunglasses which I had probably sat on; and he did it all for the princely sum of nothing at all.
He was absolutely charming as well!

Really excellent and thorough examination. Couldn’t fault Dan who explains things clearly, has a friendly manner and is skilled with very high tech equipment. I’ve been with this Opticians for about 25 years? The service gets better - and the equipment really is high tech!

I highly recommend Lynne Fernandez Optometrists.
They are always very efficient and pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. On this occasion, Jenna examined my eyes and was professional, friendly and thorough. She explained the results of various tests and the short and long term implications. Daniel was patient and very helpful when I was choosing the frames of my new glasses.

The staff in here are incredible, I just popped in to have two pairs of glasses adjusted and the gentleman did an excellent job and refused any payment. I will certainly be booking eye tests here in future, the kind of customer service that is hard to come by today!

Have used this optometrist a couple of times now and have always found the staff to be exceedingly helpful and kind.
Their selection of glasses is also all you need. Great to have such good independent shops here on Gloucester Road

All the staff are really friendly and incredibly helpful. My little boy loves to go there to get his glasses sorted and has recently been discharged from the NHS and now is in the good hands of Lynne Fernández opticians of Wells road, they make a real effort with our kids and makes us very welcome and help us find the right glasses for our son. He also has special needs and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate his needs

I was pleased to be offered a hot drink on arrival. Practice very modern and attractive.. Staff very welcoming and helpful . I was seen promptly and received a thorough eye examination with a careful explanation of each procedure and its findings . Staff are very professional and caring.
Wide choice of spectacles available with help being offered when required .
