I made a purchase of three printed sweatshirts and a coat last CyberMonday. Today is January 24 and I have only received three things. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of this page before buying. As people says "Too good to be true". The material of the clothes is cheap. The printed sweatshirt with a sunflower has a photo with bad impression as other reviews saying. The coat is designed by a beginner tailor, it is literally a piece of clothes with two buttons. It has no lining inside and the material is cheap. I tried to return it and they offered me $ 7 out of $20 that I paid plus several emails back and forward. I ended up donating it to Goodwill. Someone can use that amount of cloth for something useful. Do noy buy at Lynmia. There are more trusted online stores where the buyer is sure they can return the purchase if they are not satisfied and locally. Lynmia looks like to be overseas for that reason many restrictions to return your purchase.

Don't trust this site,it's so fake.

My mom ordered something for my birthday on December... it’s January and the package still has not arrived. We have contacted them multiple times and the only answer they can tell us is that it’s on it’s way and it’s a “popular item”

They are a scam. My package later said it was delivered and then said it was at Chicago being processed. Horrible costumer service.

LITERAL GARBAGE! Do not order from them the sweatshirt I received looks absolutely nothing like the picture and I’ve sent them so many emails asking about a return and they won’t respond...don’t waste your money!!!!

I ordered the yellow sunflower retro jumper for £30 and received a cheap horrible thin (not yellow) jumper with a sticker printed of a sunflower. Nothing like the website whatsoever. I wouldn’t have even paid £5 for it.

I requested a refund/return and they do not respond via email so don’t even bother trying that dash. I then messaged on Facebook and they take at least a day to respond. They responded to my initial message asking why I wanted to return the item (after I just listed the reasons prior) then responded after my second message saying tbey cannot find my order details and to give them my order number, transaction ID, invoice ID and name. DELAYING THE PROCESS AGAIN. I have responded with those details and am still yet waiting on a response (it’s been 2 days).

I hope I save anyone else from getting conned by this website as I’ve tried to comment on their sponsored posts on Facebook as they are everywhere!! But they seem to get deleted and all the angry/sad reactions by people are also getting removed. Sneaky sneaky.

I ordered one of their jumpers and it wasn't the garment that was advertised at all. They're very clearly stealing pictures from other sites and selling terrible knock-offs. I managed to get a hold of them through facebook and we told to re-gift the item to a friend and offered an $11 store credit. I went back and forth with them for about a week through email, but all they did was recite the returns policy back to me and wouldn't budge an inch, even when I threatened to report them. I was told I'd only get a refund if I paid to send the product back. I wasn't going to risk spending more money to send a product back and potentially not get a refund. Save your time and money and don't buy anything from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. They literally took my bank info and stole my money. I want to talk to somebody but they have no info on anything. Terrible terrible website.

Ordered about 2 weeks ago, still no email about where my order is or when it will be delivered! Very poor customer service!

The item I received did not look ANYTHING like the picture. It looked like it was children’s sized and very cheaply made! Would not recommend!
