I chose Express Shipping, it has been over a week and i still have nothing. No update and I have emailed the business. I am so disappointed. I will never refer them to anyone. Horrible customer service and they do not follow up.

Disappointing experience. I purchased extensions from this company and carried out professional strand testing before proceeding with the hair. The hair responded inconsistently to colour processing, with one test section becoming noticeably patchy. I contacted the company with photos and an explanation, but my refund request was declined based on their colour-processing policy. I subsequently had to purchase replacement hair from another supplier to complete my client’s hair, resulting in additional expense. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t purchase from this supplier again.

Worst extensions ever. Quality is horrible as soon as they are washed they matt. Do not waste your money!! Colours are also vastly different online to what you receive.

I’ve bought your extensions from a number of brands over the years great lengths, superior and beauty works to name a few

and these by far the worst hair extensions I’ve ever bought. I’m a professional hairdresser and the glue is disgusting, sticky but still mange not to hold all at the same time . The hair extensions always slip and come out and it’s not due the application as I have been installing extensions for 16 years, and the hair quality feels like Barbie doll hair
And its snaps and tangles in to a matted mess and is extremely dry. I want to cry that I have wasted so much money on the hair

Best way to describe it as feral.
Please don’t waste your money. The roll of extension tape that you buy individually is not great quality either of reviews I have written are not being published, so if you do see this please please don’t waste your money.

Pay for express shipping. After a week, they still hadn’t sent my order.
Chased it twice ; customer service is horrible . They are scammers. They take your money. Many reviews posted online on Product review site about the same issue. Avoid these people

I have bought my weft hair extensions from here and emailed the brand after 2 weeks of having them installed in my head professionally. The weft keeps shedding from the root. They feel dry and I use salon grade products as I am a hairdresser. Brush from bottom to top and they still tangle and feel dry. Really disappointing as I’ve emailed head office and after providing much evidence they have now ghosted me. I do love their tapes but their weft is a no go. Don’t waste your money or energy if you are wanting Wefts to last you for a year.

Although the hair felt nice, i ordered double drawn tapes and they looked and felt the same as any other. My hair dresser said they weren't double drawn.

But my main issue was the tape it self, it did not stick at all. I had my hair dresser put them in and did not wash my hair for a few days, allowing the tape to set in properly. I returned to my hair dresser to have my hair professionally washed after installation and majority of the fell out with no trace of glue....

I emailed the support team and the response i got was, we can send some "professional tape" which they use in salon. I was not happy and asked for at least a partial refund due to the inconvenience caused and the multiple visits to my hair dresser to have them removed then re installed etc (using the extra tape that came with them) only to have the same problem and most of them falling out.

I have had tapes a few times in my life and have never had this happen.

I have had to hold off on having them installed again as it become too expensive to keep visiting my hair dresser.

The support team refused to refund any amount and I have since been ignored even after emailing them multiple times.

Waste of money and time. Very disappointed.

On the 23/7/24 I purchased a 40 piece tape Hair extensions Double Drawn 24"160grams for $369.00 in Toffee Brown, the colour and length was correct but it does NOT weigh the advertised amount of 160grams in fact it only weighs 102grams.The hair has very thin wispy ends, and although they claim it is suppose to have thick ends and be enough for a full head AND a half- it clearly isn't, only a very thin layer all the way around, and after 24hrs doesn't hold its style either as there is not enough "weight" in the product. I reached out to their support page at first wondering if it was a faulty batch and the response i received back was to send her a photo of them in their binds on the scale as it was a "supplier issue" - then i noticed on another review site 3 other people also reporting the same problem as I and as recent as 2 of them in 5 weeks ,clearly there is a pattern. No mention on her advertising sites or packaging to weigh her products BEFORE applying and reporting the problem, apparently we cannot have faith in her product's claims. I've requested her to send out the missing amount of hair that I have paid for which is approx 58 grams, and haven't even asked for the reimbursement of my hairdresser's costs to re-apply this so it equals the original amount i purchased and should of received the first time . I've now sent a complaint to Dept of Fair Trade.
