Finally they send someone to pik me up at 2.30 in the morning, they refuse a refound, I received just a “ sorry” without any other explanations .Avoid
Damaged car, no acknowledgement. Avoid!
Do not use this absolute joke of a company. They returned my mum's car with the convertible roof repeatedly slashed open by what can only be a knife. We've been chasing them up to pay for the damage for at least a couple of months, and they're aren't responding to us or acknowledging our attempts to contact them. No reply to any emails, and whenever we phone up they act like they can't speak English well enough to understand us - which is obviously a scummy scam tactic to avoid communication. We'll be going through a solicitor for compensation soon. Avoid at all costs.

absolutely horrendous never use this company complete joke arrived 15 mins early and stood around waiting for someone to show up phoned them twice kept saying he will be there soon didn’t turn up had to go elsewhere and luckily got parking and made our flights
Never using this company anymore
Never using this company anymore. We called them 30mins before arriving to the airport as they say in the info after booking. When we arrived to leave the car, we had to wait about 30 mins for the driver to come to pick it up. Arrived back we called them straight after passport check, they said the car will be there after 30 mins, it wasn’t there after that time, then we called again they said the car will come within 5 mins. After 10 minutes driver called he was just picking up our car. We tried to call multiple to the company to find out how to complain about this situation, but they wouldn’t answer. Apparently they have only one driver and it is very busy. Avoid this company, even though it is cheap, better pay little bit more and know that you leave your car in good hands.
Avoid at All Costs – Irresponsible and Dishonest Service
I left my car with Luton Meet and Greet Airport Parking for just three nights, and it was returned to me with the entire camera system damaged — including the camera module, cameras, and parking sensors. None of it was working when I got the car back.
I called them immediately, and they told me to email in. After taking the car to a mechanic, I was informed that the damage most likely occurred due to the car being jump-started — something that can easily damage the camera module if not done properly. This means the battery must have gone flat while in their care, and they jump-started it without my permission, without informing me, and clearly without the necessary precautions.
To make matters worse, it took 45 minutes to return my car, when their service states 15 minutes. That delay, in hindsight, is highly suspicious and raises serious concerns.
When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to accept any responsibility, would not provide CCTV footage, refused to investigate properly, and simply denied everything. I am now pursuing the matter through small claims court because they’ve left me with a £700 repair bill and no accountability.
Appalling service, zero professionalism, and a total lack of care or honesty. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car. Do not use this company!

Cannot stress enough that you should avoid this company at all costs. If it is being run by the airport then it needs to be shut down.
Ramesh wad the individual we had the misfortune of dealing with today. He was arrogant, extremely rude, and even snatched my elderly mums car key from her hand when she asked where her car was parked.
When we arrived Ramesh was sat in another customers car (i have photographs should you wish to investigate) with the engine running. He didn't get out of the vehicle for the majority of our conversation but when he did, Ramesh left the car running for the entirety of serving us and clearly had no plans to do so when we left, so if your registration is AV67 0ZC then you'll probably find yourself short of petrol upon collection.
My mum asked where is the car parked? He responded patronisingly, "In the carpark". We looked at each other bemused before he said "if you look in the paper you'll find out" I said that is really not helpful and he picked the blue slip back up and said "you don't want it then?" Implying he would not be returning my mums car! For literally no reason other than my mum asked where it was parked ?! This ought to be investigated - Ramesh is not someone who should be dealing with the public or indeed have access to people's vehicles. When we found the car, the van next to it had been parked so far over the line that we couldn't get in without the doors touching and even then it was a squeeze - don't leave your car with these people.
If Luton wants to contact me about this for the photos or further information I would be happy to oblige. What a piece of work.
Damages on my brand new car after Luton airport parking!
Avoid! Very bad experience here. I discovered damages to my brand new car when I booked Luton Airport Vauxhall Way Meet and Greet parking for 3 days and added gold car wash for a fee. Lots of scratches on the rear bumper and damaged rubber fittings on the front wind screen. I sent them proof of damages but they don’t want to be liable for it. I will never, ever trust them again with my car!!

STAY WELL AWAY , HORRENDOUS SERVICE Left my Mercedes benz with them for a week came back to find they had broken parking brake, I went straight to the man at the desk who told me to call customer services, this was nearly 2 weeks ago they don't respond they are not interested in helping in anyway nobody answer, and they dint reply emails with anything but we will get back to you ..they don't, I has come back from holiday very Relaxed to be faced with stress and very upset. Never even apologised . They are a awful company and I'm going to inform the airport of there negligence. I'd stear clear .

Do NOT use this company. The meet and greet service fails to mention UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE PAID that you will also have to pay £9.50 on arrival to the car and when you leave. This made the total cost more expensive than paying to park our own car. If after finding out this information you wish to cancel you have £15 deducted from your refund. If you book a last minute trip you can forget a refund altogether as you cannot cancel if you are using the service within the next 3 days. To add to this, We also had to wait over 50 minutes in the cold for our car. Customer service is non-existent, I have never met such rude staff. The service advertises itself to be a ‘hassle free’ and a ‘ premium service’. This could not be further from the truth.

My vehicle came back with very clear damage, despite being assured that they had taken pictures and therefore i just needed to email them.
they deny all liability claim there is no damage with all the usual, nonsense, about no one from there end reported any incident, as if they would.....

My USB phone charger had disappeared from my car when I collected it and I cannot contact anyone about this - they keep saying it's not the responsibility of their department and put me onto someone else, who says exactly the same.
This is a shame as everything else about the service was great.
Cancellation issues
I received cancellation confirmation within a couple of days of cancelling but no details of the amount to be refunded or the cancellation charges. I have e-mailed several times to request the refund and details but have not yet received a reply or a refund after 5 days. To be fair, the confirmation was sent to me over Easter weekend from an iPad so the, I assume, smallish admin. operation of this company (payment went to Pineapple Projects Management, based at a private address) might take a bit longer to catch up with the Easter rush. Watch this space to see if I get a reply and my refund.
Very poor! Above all, don't pay for washing your car!
I booked this service but would not book it again! The flight was advanced by one hour days before, and I sent emails to advise and called twice to get them to confirm the change by email - but got not reply. In the end that bit worked ok, they had personnel to collect the car one hour earlier, but I had also paid for a car wash and guess what .... they didn't do it! I called and was told to send an email and the money would be refunded. I sent two emails but no reply! Pretty poor show .....

We as family found Luton Meet&greet not great!for the extra money you pay for this service,i would have at least expected door to door service.As for please check over your vehicle!,How can this be done in a carpark with no lighting!!

We unfortunately had a tyre blow-out on the way to the airport and missed our flight. We phoned the meet and greet team, who were so happy to help us in anyway they could. We had to get another flight the next day and had to bring another car - all of which they changed without any fuss (but most importantly it was done free of charge and with compassion after our trauma). I would recommend them to everyone flying out of Luton. Thank you.

I've used this service twice now and will definitely use again, each time I fly from Luton. It takes the stress out of traveling for me... I'm useless at finding airport car parks and the car parks within Luton Airport are at least 4 miles away from the terminal building with buses only running every 20 minutes! I find Lutonmeetandgreetparking good value for money, the short stay car park where you meet is only a short walk from departures/arrivals and the service is friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended!
