Absolutely amazing. I have a 3 year old Bengal cat who has always been fussy with his food. I thought I would give LUNA & me a try and I have finally find something he will eat. I have been using them for about 6 months now, each time I order the delivery comes so quick and amazingly packaged.

She is incredibly active, so as she grew and her activity increased using the portion calculator was invaluable to make sure she was getting plenty of food.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pay attention to all the bad reviews as they ALL have the same thing in common….rubbish customer service.
I’ve been using their cat food since last year with no issues. I had one hiccup with delivery when I first started ordering from them, but up until this week, no issues.
The courier service delivered my package to a public corridor , and by the time I checked my email that the parcel was delivered 15 minutes later (I checked the picture DPD sent and it was next to a glass for very visible to the outside and easy public access); the package was gone. I live in an area that people steal packages, which is why no courier has EVER left packages in the public corridor in the 24 years I have lived at this property.
When I emailed this company asking if they can resend the order, they refused initially; saying that DPD are allowed to deliver to the building of a block of flats rather than the door. LOL imagine if that was the case? Nobody that lives in flats would ever get their parcels!
Apparently, I’m supposed to give special instructions for them to deliver the package to my door instead of outside the building which has public access? DPD delivers most of the gadgets and phones in the UK, I have 3 phones and 2 IPads, and somehow DPD made sure not to deliver to the public corridor, but straight to my door (without special instructions provided). So how come all of a sudden they couldn’t deliver the food to my door?
I know the courier is at fault, but the response I got from this company was appalling! They showed no understanding for my situation and basically told me it was my problem; when clearly I just had a lazy courier. They blocked my number from calling them (I called many times and they never answered, but when I used a different number somehow they answered) after promising to contact me back when I tried to complain. And eventually they agreed to refund me after I provided them visual proof of my previous orders being delivered to my front door…but they banned me from ever ordering from them again!
Disgusting service and terrible company. I have already told all my other family and friends that own cats not to order from them anymore and have reported them to trading standards.
They will try and gaslight this review saying they’ve done this and done that, but if you read all the other bad reviews, they NEVER admit fault. Next step is to spread this poor service on socials.

These people are liars. In their reply they say they have a duty to protect their staff? They was no arguments or anything that could indicate such a thing was needed? And I’m surprised a company would try and insinuate a customer was being “difficult” when calls are recorded and if this was taken to court it would be proven that the conversation was clearly a normal conversation where 2 people disagreed with each other. I’m actually embarrassed on your behalf that you would make up a fake assumption to dissuade others from seeing the TRUTH in this review! The customer rep kept repeating the same thing over and over again that DPD does not need to deliver to your door, as long as it’s delivered to the building it’s acceptable, and I simply didn’t agree. SHAMEFUL Behaviour from a small company attempting to paint a customer in a “bad light” rather than being honest. I’m disgusted but cannot say I’m surprised.

I recently had to email a few companies regarding was chicken added in their poultry or fish dog food.
I was shocked to read a lot of companies do add chicken into their meals.
Luna and Me customer service, was outstanding. They replied asking me lots of questions regarding my puppy eating routine. What a typical day looked like. I had answer about 9 question in relation to my dog.
The detailed response was amazing. Not only did they give me advice. They give me guidance on what I should be and not doing.
I have always loved Luna and me, the ease of knowing the amount of food to give. No chopping up or dividing food. Just defrost the night before.
Now I know their customers service is outstanding, and really care. It's makes a difference.

Couldn’t recommend this company.
I spent all day yesterday emailing and phoning customer service trying to find out when my order would arrive. I live very rural and needed to know if my delivery was going to arrive on time or would I have to make a trip in to town to buy some food for cats. I sent 4 emails and just got automated reply’s telling me to call customer service who are ‘always there to help’I called customer service 3 times, just a messaging service telling me I could email ?!?
I emailed again telling them I wanted to cancel my order and within 15mins I had a phone call from someone saying they had been too busy to reply and that due to weather conditions the order would be late. I said I wanted to cancel the order and because I wasn’t impressed with customer service I also cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund.
They assured me it would be refunded back to my card that day.
It hasn’t been refunded and I’ve emailed 3 times today asking them to confirm that that they had refunded my money ,no reply ( not even an automated reply) I’ve phoned customer service twice today and left a message and again it was just a messaging service.
I can’t comment on the pet food itself but my experience of customer service has been that it’s appalling… still waiting for my refund.
Have emailed them again this morning asking for my refund (14th) .. fingers crossed !

I had an issue with a non delivery from DPD who advised they delivered my parcel to my address, even though the evidence shown was poor, they said delivered to my porch, which I don't have and I was at home when they said delivered! I spoke to Clare in customer services who has been amazing, she was able to actually track my delivery which hadn't been delivered to my address as stated, she has reissued my order without delay and kept me fully updated! I have worked in customer services for over 25 years and Clare was great! My dog absolutely loves their food and I am more than happy with Luna&Me! Thank you

Luna and me are so great! They go above and beyond in the value of their products. My dog Oscar (who's a small working cocker spaniel), he has 3 patties a day and it's perfect for him. They delivered some amazing customer service, was always on the end of a phone or email when needed and the staff personally took charge of resolving issues. I had a nightmare with DPD and luna and me stayed on the phone with me to make sure the driver delivered where and when he should. Can’t fault any of the service they provide.

I have used the chicken patties for a long time - this is the only flavour my cats will eat - but the consistency of the patties has changed- they are 'sloppier' & wetter. According to the company the only thing has changed is the packaging - to ocean friendly plastic. I still cannot get my cats to eat the patties in its raw format but I have to cook it for them instead. After 10 minutes in a moderate oven they are at least eating the vast quantity of patties I have in the freezer. I'm not saying I won't buy any more but cooked is the only way they will eat the food, walked away from it in its raw state.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has been really upsetting. My mum passed away suddenly, and during that time we called to ask if our order could be redirected as we weren’t at home. We were told this was fine — but instead, the parcel was destroyed, and the company refused any kind of refund or replacement.
I completely understand policies, but a little compassion goes a long way - we weren’t made aware of the risk of the pet food being destroyed otherwise we wouldn’t have taken it. To be ignored after explaining the situation and to have no empathy shown at all was just awful. I wouldn’t expect that kind of treatment from a brand that claims to care.

Wish I had read the reviews before attempting to sign up for an account.
As a pet nutritionist and breeder I strive to always find the best source of nutrition for my animals. I always look for great sources of protein and nutrients for optimal health and well being.
I’ve always used raw and have had a very good longstanding relationship with another very well known company who has recently increased their prices to an unacceptable level as I order around £500 per month in value.
I was at show a couple weeks ago and was recommended Luna and Me by a fellow exhibitor and breeder who uses this company. I did my research on the product content and nutritional value of the products and was very interested in placing a large order as soon as possible.
I filled in the contact form for a breeder account and uploaded my credentials.
I waited 4 days with no response apart from an automated response.
I got back in touch two days ago for an update and have still yet to receive a reply from anyone.
I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the way the company has handled my application for a new account. It’s unnecessary to be rude and disrespectful towards newcomers to the business as it doesn’t bode well for any future recommendations in the long term growth plan of the company.
To totally ghost a new customer is despicable behaviour destroying the trust of a customer and making them feel like they’re not worth your time.
On that basis I won’t be buying anything from you and I certainly won’t be recommending you to my national show/breeding communities.

The convenience luna and me provided is what sold it for me when I was looking at raw food brands. The patty design was easy to portion and feed. The quality is also very good and all my cats have loved it. My only problems was some of my cats did get constipation maybe due to the bone content and the other issue is lack of variety of flavors but on a whole I would recommend it to new pet owners trying to feed raw.
Super product! Our beautiful kitten loves his patties! Delivery is a dream - and packaged so well.
The quality is great and we simply take out of the freezer defrost in the fridge and straight into a bowl.
And the cost is fantastic in comparison to mass produced cat food.
Total winner all round. Thankyou!
We think Luna & me are great! The little burger style patties are so convenient and our Bengal kitten absolutely devours them and is looking so healthy. The packaging is clear on portion sizes and it’s nice to know all the proper nutrition is covered. Great product!
Our Maui is a real fusspot when it comes to food. He’s tiny—just 2kg—and incredibly particular about what he’ll eat. Over the years, we’ve tried all sorts of brands and formats, from dry kibble to wet trays and even home-cooked meals. He’s always had a preference for raw food, but finding something that suits his size and his taste buds has been a real challenge. Most raw products come in 400g packs, which is far too much for him. That’s more than two days’ worth of food, and once opened, it doesn’t stay as fresh as we’d like. We’ve wasted so much trying to portion it out or freeze leftovers, and Maui—being the diva he is—won’t touch anything that’s even slightly off.
Then we discovered Luna & Me, and it’s been a total game-changer. Their 150g pâtés are absolutely perfect for Maui. The portion size is spot-on—just enough for a full day’s feed without any waste. The texture is smooth and easy for him to eat, and he genuinely looks forward to mealtimes now. We rotate between the beef and chicken varieties, and he loves both. It’s such a relief to have found something that works for him and fits our routine.
The trays themselves are really handy—easy to store in the fridge and simple to serve straight from. They make feeding time quick and clean, which is a bonus when you’re juggling busy mornings.
For anyone with a small dog who’s picky or sensitive, Luna & Me is well worth trying. It’s made feeding Maui simple, stress-free, and—dare I say—enjoyable. We’re so glad we found them, and Maui’s happy little tail wags say it all.
My furbaby loves the food and it has improved her skin condition...not cured it but there's a definite improvement. i like how it's already portioned out and ready to serve which make it less messy for me and easier to monitor how much my girl is eating...always a clean bowl...delivery is always prompt and within the time frame they give you and food arrives fully frozen..can not fault my experience atall
