Do not do business with these people. i bought a 12 month gift subscription. When that year was up. without any warning, they changed it to a recurring subscription and charged me again. It clearly states on the website that gift subscriptions will not be renewed and you can't cancel them. That didnt stop them from doing it anyway. Its also not worth the price to essentially get the same thing every month.

Where to start... fist off shipping took over a month which ok can't complain due to it being a mail carrier issue. That should of been the first red flag though. Then I get my box and its part in Chinese and American writing, another red flag. Then I open the box and see lures that smell extremely bad and I swear they burnt the plastic. I looked at the hooks first and seen I received 3 seperate types. One was wizard baits which doesn't exist and waa a size 6 drop shot hook. Looked cool at first but then noticed there was no where to tie a line to. I looked at the other 2 types of hooks and seen that same thing. I Then grabbed the treble hooks and took one out of the package. The hook fell apart in my hands and didnt have a line tie. I can't state enough to never buy lucky tackle box. Also its been 6 months and no response from customer service with a weekly email.

Has been bought out. When a business like this goes online and has NO phone number to reach them. That’s just bad business. There is no direct help. Everything has to be emailed to them. If they choose to answer.
I highly recommend other subscription boxes that you can call and ask questions to.
I never got a confirmation of purchase. No email stating amount and what I bought. No nothing is what I got.
Do yourself a favor. Buy a box elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.

For what you get it is very expensive. I recieved 4 boxes so far and 3 of them were the same. No contact number to call. Emails there is no response. I couldn't cancel so I removed my credit card info. Do NOT JOIN THIS RIPOFF.

Lucky Tackle Box is a really good fishing company. When they say that there lures or baits catch fish. They really mean it. I have been getting there boxes for a couple of years. I love the selection that they send to you. I have caught some really good fish with there lures. If you love to fish like I do. You should look into subscribing to them.

Punching yourself in the tackle box would accomplish more and save you money. Dollar store hooks. No phone number to call. Will not respond to emails or facebook messenger. The un subscription button on there account doesn’t work. Con artist.

Customer service is nonexistent. No way to cancel a subscription. Paid for a 6 month subscription but it kept going after the 6 months. Multiple repeat boxes with EXACT same items. Not worth the price. Save yourself the headache and go with a different subscription company. This place has been a total waste.

I received a 1 year subscription for my birthday. I received the first box a couple weeks later. I was pretty excited after seeing all the stuff inside. The next was ok, and came about 6 weeks after the first. When I got my 3rd box I realized that this was not a good deal. It was the exact same as the second box. It has been 6 weeks and I still haven't gotten my 4th box. I emailed supporters twice and have not heard back. I am waiting until the end of the week and if I don't hear anything I am going to have my wife dispute the charges. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM THEM.

The website only allows you to buy stuff. They try and get you by continuing your subscription after the 3 months or whatever are done. Then their website won’t allow you to cancel a subscription. Total crap. In dispute now with Mastercard.

Worst subscription box
I ordered a birthday subscription for my grandson. They didn't ask for a delivery date, so gift was way early. Didn't include my birthday note. Had I not been on top of it, he would have only gotten 1 of 6 boxes. When I emailed the issue, they apologized and would fix the issue and upgrade the 2nd box for my inconvenience. He got the same exact box as the first, no upgrade. This time my birthday note was included. This is over a 2 month period. They never fixed my subscription issue. Finally requested a refund. Well see if I even get that back. Worst customer service ever! Look elsewhere.

They're all lucky tackle box brand which made by the same company that makes the Walmart fishing lures. It's junk that doesn't even come close to equating to the retail value they claim. They've gone way down hill in the last year. Mystery Tackle Box is the way to go. Lucky Tackle box is f***ing clown shoes. 🤡

terrible customer service. I tried to cancel subscription multiple times and still get charges can boxes I don't want delivered (in terrible shape). I been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 months now and NOTHING, no way to call, no one responds to email or calls back from the sheet on their website. I'm just about to block them through my card and see if i can get some money back. terrible company
Terrible Customer Service and Delivery of Boxes
Having a horrible time getting in contact with them when there is a problem. We are monthly having a problem to a subscription that we purchased - the boxes are not getting sent until we contact them, but it's very difficult contacting them (email seems to be the only way) and they either don't respond to email or it takes many emails sent before they do respond.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I have reached out over and over to cancel my subscription and they will not cancel it or respond. At this point my only option is to cancel the cc it’s on. Stay clear.
Scam company.
Subscribed for a box and had no problems logging in until I received my first box then after I received it I no longer had access to my account and when you email they don’t respond. I’ll be blocking the company on my card what a scam of a company. Also all of the phone numbers are disconnected.

Bought a box and had to wait over a month and a half just to get the 1st one. It was delivered to the wrong house (not their fault) and I've been waiting 3 days to be contacted by them about a replacement. Tried sending multiple emails but still no response.
