DO NOT BUY SPECIFICALLY: AO18 OWJ (Ford Focus Ecoboom)

Bought this car beginning of December and it has been nothing but a headache. The fact that they've got it back on the forecourt at more then £3,000 more then what I bought the car for AND ITS BROKEN!!!

They lied to me when collecting the car when i queried a weird rattling noise from the engine, the car then broke down 1 hour into the journey home. I was stupid enough to let the garage "repair" it, to which they do not complete the repairs.

Be wary, as they did provide receipts which were very clearly forged and faked which I'm assuming so was the clean MOT they gave me. I then sent it back they took 2 weeks to collect the car and have attempted to fix the turbo before an independent review! (The cheek).

Fortunately my finance agreement has be unwound and I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman to get compensation. (They might even offer me £100 again to take down this review 😂).

Please steer clear and do not buy from this garage, save yourself the hassle.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 15 November 2025, financed via Autolend through Zuto. The car was not roadworthy and had multiple serious faults from day one, including engine warning lights, limp mode, EGR and boost control issues, a broken auto start/stop system, and a non-working driver-side windscreen washer jet.

I was told the dealership would cover the cost of diagnostics, but they refused to pay the invoice, leaving me out of pocket. Despite promises and emails, no payment was made. I have had to deal with financial loss, stress, and being without a vehicle.

The dealership has shown unreasonable conduct and refuses to take responsibility. I cannot recommend them and would warn anyone against buying from this business.

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs – They Sell Faulty Cars!
I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from this dealership, and it didn’t even last three weeks before breaking down. I returned the car, expecting them to take responsibility, and they assured me it was fixed. However, before handing it back, they made me sign an agreement stating that if the car developed any issues again, I would be responsible for the repairs.
Sure enough, just two weeks later, the car broke down again—this time completely unrepairable. I was left with a useless vehicle and no support from the dealership. It’s clear they knowingly sell faulty cars and manipulate customers into bearing the cost of their negligence.
Avoid this place like the plague. They are nothing but scammers, and their showroom is filled with defective cars. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!

Absolutely appalling experience with this con man of a car salesman. From start to finish, it was one lie after another. He initially promised to waive the admin fee—didn’t happen. He claimed he’d arrange free insurance “next time” and then half-price insurance after that. When I called about it, he flat-out denied ever saying it.

The price of the car was another shocking bait-and-switch tactic. When I went to view the car, the advert had mysteriously been taken down, and he raised the price significantly from what was advertised. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of the ad with the original price, so he couldn’t completely get away with it.

He offered a so-called “half-price MOT” for £65, which is laughable considering reputable places like Halfords charge less at £52! He promised a one-year warranty, but when I followed up, it turned out to be only six months—and that’s not even the worst part. Nothing that needed repair was “covered under the warranty.” And let’s not forget how he initially agreed to a three-year free warranty, only to backtrack and suddenly claim it was always one year, and I’d have to pay for it. What a joke!

He sold me a car with a dead battery, forcing me to buy a new one myself. The car also had a known fault he assured me he’d fix, but after taking it back, the issue reappeared the very next day. His response? More excuses and denial.

To top it all off, he made even more empty promises about fixing things when I came in for the “free” MOT, but when I asked him to put everything in writing, he completely dodged it. Instead, he started talking about “trust,” insinuating that I didn’t trust him. And no, I don’t, and neither should anyone else.

This man is the definition of untrustworthy. Avoid him and his shady business at all costs. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable. Avoid, avoid, avoid
