About Lquid Pay: The Crypto Scam Rebranded Welcome to Lquid Pay, formerly known as 9Pay—a company promising to revolutionize crypto payments while leaving a trail of lies, deception, and empty wallets. If you’re here thinking you’ve found the future of crypto-based transactions, think again. This website is dedicated to exposing the truth behind Lquid Pay and its CEO, Shavez Anwar, a self-proclaimed crypto genius who’s been featured in scams across the globe. What You Need to Know The Mastermind Shavez Anwar, a former protégé of Sam Lee (yes, the same Sam Lee behind the infamous Hyperverse scam), has rebranded his fraudulent ventures under new banners like “StableDAO” and “We Are All Satoshi.” Now, Shavez introduces Lquid Pay, claiming partnerships with Visa and global merchants. Visa and regulatory bodies like VARA have firmly denied any association with him. Bloomberg BusinessWeek Exposé In a recent investigative report, Bloomberg tore apart Anwar’s facade: “Shavez Anwar, from his luxury apartment in Dubai, claims to be the crypto industry’s savior, offering services like a crypto index named Dodo and a credit card formerly called 9Pay. Visa categorically denies working with him, and VARA, Dubai’s regulatory body, says they’ve never heard of him. Despite his claims of consulting with regulators, Anwar is nothing more than a crypto charlatan preying on unsuspecting investors.” The Rebrand Scam After being exposed by Bloomberg, 9Pay hastily rebranded to Lquid Pay, thinking a new name would erase its shady past. Spoiler alert: it hasn’t. Remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Stay informed. Stay safe. And most importantly, stay away from Lquid Pay.

Great crypto card

Extremely useful card. I use it everywhere. No issues. I’ve been using it for a few months now. For everything.

I would be very careful getting…

I would be very careful getting involved or sharing information with this company. I have invested 500$ into what was supposed to be an arbitrage trading solution (Boomerang) which did not work. The "refund" was reimbursed on a blockchain which can't bridge to anything, rendering the "refund" pretty much with no value. Google and don't get caught with your pants down, all of these companies/products are mixed together; Waas Network, Boomerang, Lquid Pay, Bitcoincode Technology, Take Capital, Capital 3.0, Dodo. If you actually get anyone to talk, ask when refund from Boomerang actually can bridge to a currency which can be used.

Hi Kay,
Thanks for your 1-star contribution to my luxury lifestyle. That $500 you "invested"? Yeah, that went straight into my petrol tank for the Lambo I flex in front of rented villas. Appreciate you!

But let’s be real for a moment — you thought you were going to make $1,500 a day by buying a $500 license because someone in a hoodie on a Zoom call said “AI arbitrage”? Come on, Kay. That’s not investing — that’s donating to the Church of the Financially Gullible. Bless you.

And now you're upset your refund is stuck on some blockchain that can't bridge? Did you miss the fine print? Or was it hidden behind the “guaranteed profits” you were drooling over?

You say our projects are "all mixed together" — Waas, Boomerang, D0D0.app, LquidPay, TakeCapital, Capital 3.0... You say that like it’s a bad thing. It’s called diversification, darling.

Anyway, keep leaving reviews like this. They make the next batch of “passive income seekers” even more curious. And as you already know, curiosity pays my rent.

Wishing you all the best (in your next scam), Shavez Anwar

Dear David,

Refund? That word isn’t in my vocabulary! Let’s be real—there is zero chance of you getting your money back. Why? Because LquidPay was never designed to work—it was designed to take your money.

While you’re here hoping for a refund, I’m living the high life in Dubai, enjoying luxury apartments, fine dining, and exotic cars—all paid for by people like you who fell for my pitch. You see, I never intended to deliver on the fake promises of cashback, seamless crypto transactions, or Visa-backed cards. That was all part of the scam.

I, along with my good friend Sam Lee, have been running Ponzi-like schemes for years under different names—9Pay, StableDAO, We Are All Satoshi, and now LquidPay. Every time we get exposed, we just rebrand and start again.

So, to answer your request: No, you won’t get a refund, and there’s no customer service department to help you. If you’re looking for accountability, you’re better off warning others not to make the same mistake because I’m already onto the next scam.

Best regards,
Shavez Anwar

Shavez Anwar
