I ordered a cover for the mobile phone. The company introduced a beautiful and strong silver cover.
I received the shipment after a very long time, the cover does not fit the size of my device, not at all similar to what they presented and the material it is made of is cheap.
..Now I want to return the product and the company does not want to credit me.
Do not approach them and do not purchase any product from them!

Total piece of crap, cheap plastic, biometrics will not work, carrier signal drops to 1 bar from 5 in the case. Just more crap from China.

I dropped the phone on a padded carpet and the screen cracked. The advertisement is false advertisement. Luckily my phone wasn't damaged. I just got this case last week

I purchased the iPhone 15 Max Pro ! The case doesn’t fit properly. Also, the 2 openings for the Volume buttons are misaligned … making impossible to activate. I’ve written to customer support. Their response … we will refund $5 for the inconvenience. Thus, indicating that there’s no intention to fix the problem. I am asking full refund of $36.38 not $5 !
No Response … I’m waiting !
Just received 2nd response. They now offered $8 as refund.
My PayPal will investigate now.

The product (phone case) was a total junk. When i called to return it they told me that i have to pay postage to China. Don't order from this people.

I ordered a front and back full metal protective phone case, the ad showed how strong it was. I received a one piece plastic back you can get at a dollarstore. I waited a month. When I reached out, I was told I got what I ordered. The order receipt shows otherwise.

The design concept is good, they just used cheap materials which results in a poor product.

I have had 4 of these cases and any little bump, knock or pressure on the glass it cracks.

Why 4 cases? I ordered 2 and they both broke, I like the design and hoped it was just a bad batch. Ordered 2 more and same problem.

If this had a tempered stronger glass it would be great.

Received a magnetic case for my s23 ultra. I was completely disappointed from the quality of it and it was defective as it does properly close with the phone in compared with how it is without the phone. The tiny gap in the measurement makes it very easy to open with a very high chance for the phone to drop. When I asked for the RA and the full refund along with the return label, was offered a 5 dollars off. Completely dissatisfied and will escalate with PayPal if this issue is not resolved.

It took a couple weeks to get the magnetic case i ordered. I got it today and it is cool Except the little switch to lock the case together is not there which pretty much makes the case useless! I should have looked at the reviews first. Lesson learned

Their website is total trash. Miscategorized and poorly designed. I placed an order for a case for iphone 13 pro (that the option is located under iphone 14 menu). And guess what i received??? An iphone 14 case. No wonder. After reaching out to them about the issue, they told me its my fault. I made a wrong order. Going through paypal to get my money back.
