I just started my 4th bottle today. I have been taking this collagen since july. I was struggling with my right knee a lot recently after I had my son. Didn’t have any of these issues after my daughter. I was exercising everything I could do to help but Alhumdulillah I have been taking the collagen every single day and I don’t struggle going up the stairs anymore or getting up from the floor 😊 I’m so happy with this love you health collagen as nothing seemed to help before I started taking this. Absolutely love this. I can see a difference in my skin and my joints seem to ache less. When i say joints its not that bad lol its where i use to have the odd ache and pain i no longer do. So you just have to trust the process. Im also taking the collagen every other day! But so far im impressed.

I have been using this for 3 months now and just received my next order of this amazing fruity tasting collagen.
I have seen many benefits especially with problems I was having with my gut and digesting food… my diet is more varied and so much better!

After researching the effects of collagen and chose to take Loveyouhealth's collagen boost because it contains a good dose of collagen but also has a variety of other vitamins and minerals. The price point was better than other collagen products on the market. I did a lot of searching on the internet before starting my collagen journey.

It’s easy to take and fits in well with my daily routine. I just take a shot of it with my breakfast or lunchtime meal and whilst it took me a few days to get used to the taste, I really like it now and can't go without it. I'd liken the taste to vimto, but just more tangy.

Before I started I took a photo because day to day I don't really notice the cosmetic effects but over time the contrast to my starting picture is amazing. The fine lines around my eyes and face have disappeared completely, leaving me looking like a younger version of myself. My hair was very thin and I used to suffer a lot of fall out. This has reduced massively and my hair is a lot softer and thicker now. The Biotin dose is huge in comparison to other products I noticed the benefits of this within weeks of taking it.

I feel a lot better physically now, I have more energy (loving the vitamin B12 boost) and I have noticed my sleep quality has improved. These are not the reason why I started taking Collagen Boost but it is a welcome side effect.

Absolutely loving this product so far! Tastes really nice, it's a lovely tangy berry flavour. I've been taking this for a few months now, every morning without fail, sometimes I put some in a glass of water or sometimes I just drink it the way it is. Even if it didn't taste as nice I think I'd still drink it after seeing such great results.

I noticed my nails become stronger and shinier within the first week of taking it. I had two difficult pregnancies which affected my hair and made me lose a lot of confidence over the years, especially after a horrible comment was made to me. Now it doesn't fall out as much, and has really filled out! My hair dresser has also noticed it! It's looking much healthier and shiny again! I generally feel so much happier again! I feel it gives me a good energy boost, and my skin generally feels much cleaner and healthier too!
